first of all, let me just say I'm a big fan of DE, I love and use their products daily. this deodorant, however isn't it. altough it does work as all deodorants should, the experience wasn't great. it wasn't very nice to apply and kinda dragged my skin, it smell like marzipan, which I hate, and it stained my light shirts in a grey-ish tone that actually looks like sweat.

I am allergic to most drugstore deodorants, so I’ve experimented with French pharmacy and high end brands a lot. I must say this one is one of the best ones I’ve tried. I am very physically active and do sweat a lot, so most of cleaner formulas don’t provide 100% protection. Another concern is that I don’t tolerate strong fragrance. With that being said, Sweet Pitty has very light almond smell and is pretty good in keeping my underarms dry. If you live in hot climate and spend a lot of time outdoors, you might want to look for something stronger, but otherwise this is perfectly good deodorant. One thing I wish was improved is the packaging - while it is cute and square as other Drunk Elephant’s bottles, it is extremely easy to get too much product out, but if used everyday - you get used to being careful with that twisting mechanism.

Marzipan
I bought this on a whim with the 20% off code along with the rest of my regular DE products. I never thought I'd look forward to applying deodorant, but this lovely. The cream itself is soft and applies silky, without any dryness or tackiness. The marzipan scent is heavenly.

It smells like a mix of marzipan and play-doh, which I did not enjoy at all. It's super messy to apply, too much product comes out of the applicator and it doesn't work for me. You need to consistently reapply. Not for me.

Got convinced by this product. Other deodorants were either not working or my armpits got sticky over time, some kind of built-up developed. After some days with this deodorant, I can say my armpits got way smoother, I don't have small spots irritations anymore and the most important factors: I do not smell sweaty. I still sweat and that's good, because I don't like antiperspirants, but I don't smell. So, I did repurchase already.

Best Ever!!
The best natural deodorant out there! I personally love the marzipan smell and to be honest all you have to do is go easy on turning the mechanism at the bottom and you won’t lose a lot of the product.. keeps me smelling fresh all day and great for the price. Must Buy!!

Best deodorant!
I love this deodorant, I have been using aluminium free deodorant for awhile and this is by far the best. A lot of other aluminium free deodorants cause skin irritation due to using baking soda and I haven't found one that is that long lasting. Deodorants are not antiperspirants so you do still sweat. But with DE using mandelic acid to prevent odour is amazing as lasts all day long as well as making your underarms smoother over time. As mandelic acid is an AHA derived from bitter almonds, which I assume is why it smells the way it does, I love the smell, it reminds me of battenburg, I realise this may not be for everyone but the smell disappears when rubbed in. Mandelic acid has a larger molecule than other AHAs such as Glycolic Acid which means it is gentler and works slower. Mandelic Acid has antibacterial properties and apparently antifungal too. I love mandelic acid as it works so well for a lot of skin conditions. But in regards to this deodorant it lasts along time as you only need a small bit. I wind the cream up and use my fingers to rub in and then wind the product down so the tube doesn't get messy. I highly recommend this product. I know the smell may not be for everyone but it does disappear when on your skin. Even though I would be OK smelling like battenburg for the day. Mr Kipling is popular for a reason.

I never would have bought this by itself; I like refreshing, citrusy deodorants, preferably light or gel like ( I always use natural, and like weleda citrus spray and more recently the kopari one), and this product, very lotion like and with marzipan smell simply didn't call to me. But, I bought the Littles bag, and this deodorant came with it. At first I wasn't interested, so it sat on the shelf; but one day my armpits were sore because of laser depilation and I wasn't gonna be out of my apartment anyway, so I decided to try it. It really surprised me; the texture is very very light and creamy, and my skin soaked it up. My armpits felt so hydrated and soft after, and the almond smell disappeared rather quickly. I have used it now to hit the gym and on heavy work days and it's really effective to keep me smelling fresh; in fact I don't know how they got it to work this well, because although I sweat normally, (it's not an antiperspirant), my sweat smells like absolutely nothing. I was skeptical, so I have tried it many times now, and I have to say that this is, to my surprise, the most effective deodorant I have ever tried. I had just bought a couple of kopari ones, so I will save this one for the really sporty and hot days, and without doubt will repurchase when I run out of deodorant. I don't know if it has to do with my hormones or particular body smell or what, but I feel like I really found a keeper. I know everybody reacts different to deodorants, but given my results, if you have the chance to try it , I'd urge you to do it, maybe you'll be lucky just like me!
