Not effective
Not sure what is the hype about, but this has left zero effect on my skin. Even COSRX AHA and PC BHA 2% both of which have less AHA/BHA content were much better than this one.

My One Week Results
1) Item is overpriced. You can find other AHA’s and BHA’s that are much cheaper and work just fine. ❌ 2) Not good for sensitive skin. But a holy grail for those with tough skin! ✅ 3) After a day, I started to not get a “tingling” effect. I've heard that it's supposed to tingle so I'm not sure why it's stopped for me. ❌ 3) I haven't seen crazy results like other reviews. I will say, however, that my skin feels slightly softer and smoother. ✅ Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I probably wouldn't buy again.

Once a week must
Been using for over a year now every Sunday night without fail. 20 mins while I relax before going to bed. Right away skin is very very smooth and then I apply a facial oil. Next morning it’s still soft and makeup goes on easily. It also lasts me about 10 months so extremely good value for a resurfacing AHA BHA facial.

Ruined my skin
My skin was in such a good place before trying this product and it was absolutely RUINED. My cheeks got infected and my forehead had these brown lines on them (hard to explain lol). Would not recommend especially for people with sensitive skin even though it’s “made with all skin types in mind”. It’s definitely not lol.

Good quality
I’ve only tried this product once, but so far so good. I intermittently use acids or retinols so I know how good they can be with regular use. I’ve had. Break from them over the past few months so this was the first time I’d used a high strength product in a while, and although it’s 25% and I’d have expected some redness/irritation or even dryness I can honestly say I have none. Maybe the marula oil used immediately afterwards helped or maybe it’s the composition of the product, who knows? But I am impressed with the product and I’ll look forward to using it over the coming weeks and I’ll look forward to seeing the results.

Love this one from Drunk Elephant too. I try to use it once a week, although a lot of the time I forget or don't have time to. I have sensitive skin so after using, my cheeks are a little red (no discomfort) for a few hours but by the next morning, it's back to normal with baby smooth skin. Highly recommend, I hope it works just as well for you as it does for me.

Amazing…
I found I was getting very oily and experiencing breakouts on my T-Zone. I use this once a week and have found it’s helped loads. I apply in the before a bath and have a soak for 20 mins then wash off. It does tingle a little but I quite like that as it feels like it’s working. Then I follow up with the virgin marula oil or the Fresh Rose Deep hydration cream and my skin is baby soft and glowing.

Made my skin break out
I was excited to try this product after reading such great reviews, but I've only had bad results. The first time I used it it I was really run down and had been working a lot with a mask on, so I put it down to that, but it made my skin kinda blotchy and aggravated. The second time my chin broke out, so bad it looked like a rash and it's still there days later. (My skin was fine before using). I don't have sensitive skin, I've use exfoliation products on a regular basis and retinol and never had a problem. This was very unexpected and really disappointing. I don't usually leave bad reviews but just think people should be aware this product doesn't work for everyone.
