Ultimate skin softener

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This oil is so cosmetically elegant! Sinks into the skin from immediate application. Two key features that stick out are that it’s softening, hydrating and improves overall tone of the skin. Noticeable results after first use. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 for me!!

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to buying this oil after the hype I saw. I mixed it with my moisturiser and after two minutes it starts pilling off the skin. I have tried it on its own and it still does the same. I’m obsessed with trying different oils but definitely wouldn’t get this again as there’s much better oils out there

The Best!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have been using this for a quite a while now and I really see the changes. It removes any red pigmentation you get, the next day. I love it. I love drunk elephants other products as well like the Vitamin C serum. They are the best!!

I don’t usually review but it would be wrong of me not to recommend this product! I’m in the process of reviewing my skin care routine as a long term user of Dermalogica products. I’ve learned a lot lately about ‘cleaner’ skin care and I was drawn to DE obviously with all the hype and reviews surrounding the company. I’ve bought the ‘minis’ collection as well as the retro whip cream separately. Whilst I’m getting okay results with the other products, I have to say, my entire skin care routine has been flipped on its head with the DE marula oil! It’s light, luxurious and rapidly absorbs into your skin to leave a silky smooth texture and the GLOW it leaves is amazing. Yes, it isn’t cheap but I’d like to add that I also tested out The Ordinary’s marula oil and it is a different product altogether - unlike DE’s marula oil, TO’s marula oil leaves an oily residue on my skin and just doesn’t have the same luxury feel to it. I’d say this is a worthwhile investment in your skincare regime.

Amazing

I love this stuff- it’s the top layer of my skin care routine and I use it under make up to give a dewy, natural skin look to my foundation. My skin is super soft with on and I have no dry patches since using it. Couldn’t live without this now.

My skin loves this oil

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I have bought this oil for its known benefits. I apply it after my moisturizer and l mainly use it on the nights l am massaging my face with a gua sha or using my jade roller. It is great for face massage and l have also used it on itchy parts of my face. It did clam the redness pretty quickly! It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I will repurchase.

Great but not for spot prone skin

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I had high hopes for this oil and really loved how it made the skin on my cheeks feel soft and plump. I mixed a couple drops with my moisturiser at night and could definitely see results in the morning. However I found it broke me out on my forehead/T-zone so have stopped using it all over my face. It is perhaps not suitable if you break out easily/ have oily skin.

Love it!

I love this face oil, I have oily skin so I was dubious about adding more oil to my face. I only apply this at night alongside the TLC framboos night serum, and the oil absorbs nicely into my skin. My face does look shiny but that is why I only wear it at night. When I wake up in the morning my skin is lovely and soft. I have also noticed since adding face oil into my skin care routine, my skin is not as oily throughout the day. I will re purchase this item again.

Great glow

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This product has definitely given me glowing, hydrated, bright skin in the morning no matter how late I've been up the night before. I usually mix in with moisturiser in evenings or massage it and give my face a little 'work out.' Not only does the packaging look great on your shelf but it really has helped keep my skin looking calm and healthy. Definitely at a higher price point and I know the only ingredient is marula oil, so if you're not looking to spend the $$ there are lots of other Marula oils out there at lower price points.
