Didn't agree with me
I have combination skin, but more on the dry side. I first really liked how clean my face felt afterwards. After about two weeks of using it, I realized that my skin has turned really dry and itchy. After some time, I started breaking out like crazy. It might have been other factors, but this cleanser definitely didn't help. It also smells a little bit like beer. I would recommend it to the normal/oily skin, but rather not to combination/dry types. If you like foaming cleansers and have dry skin try Caudalie.

Don't be put off by the name!
The name Ecooking might have lost something in translation from it's native Danish, but the products definitely haven't. The care and attention that has gone into the creation and formulation of this independent brand is evident from the moment it hits your skin. I have very dry skin, so the thought of a 'foaming' cleanser usually incites me to make cross signs with my fingers as I back in the other direction, hissing. This one smells faintly of honey and clover meadows, massages in with a lovely 'slip' to allow you to lift make up. It doesn't handle waterproof mascara - hence 4-stars - but gets everything else off (Bioessence Jelly Make up Remover is your product for that). I like using this as a morning cleanser, it clears my skin of overnight cell turnover and readies your canvas for serums and moisturisers. I would recommend for normal to oily skin types, but if you have dry skin and NEED to use a foaming cleanser, this is a really good one.
