Lovely and gentle exfoliator
I can’t say what the long term benefits are as I’ve not used them for long enough, but these are gentle enough to use every day - in my experience. I have sensitive and dry skin, these felt gentle and non-stripping (I.e. not too drying) after washing my face. I like being able to use the bubble side as a first pass, followed by the smooth side. They’re useful for travelling too! They also sit well under skincare and makeup in the mornings.
