At first glance, the gentle warmth of Molecule 01 shouldn’t be as seductive as it is – yet that’s what probably made this now classic scent so ground-breaking upon its launch. Based around a single note (Iso E Super) it doesn’t go in all guns blazing – flashing its wares like a can-can dancer. Instead it’s something of a smooth operator; deceptively subtle, it melds with the wearer’s natural pheromones to enhance their allure and put a spring in their step. Key Word “pheromones”
This will be my fourth bottle. Reading the reviews is going to be confusing for a lot of people because they are very polarizing. That is because if you read the description it is completely a fragrance you cannot smell on its own that melds with your pheromones. Ever met somebody who is a perfectly good person yet you could not stand to be around them? It could very well be your pheromones were not compatible. If your pheromones are not compatible with this you may find it repulsive. You may smell nothing at all. Others may smell nothing on you, or they might think you smell terrible, still yet some may follow you around because it’s so intoxicating they cannot help themselves. That’s what pheromones do. I am one of the lucky ones that this perfume fits. I can’t smell it on myself after the first few minutes, or occasionally I’ll catch a whiff, but people will stop me throughout the day, even complete strangers, and tell me how wonderful I smell and that they can’t put their finger on it because it doesn’t smell like perfume. Even in this thorough review, I cannot describe the scent. I just find it absolutely divine. Hopefully this helps, and also explain to anyone who has never tried it why the reviews are all over the place.

Fancied a change
Do you know when you feel like a change of perfume and not sure where to start? I had read about Molecule one and thought I will try without smelling it first. I liked it but feel there was something missing but 2 strangers commented on how nice I smelt? I don’t think I would buy again and I have let my daughter borrow so will be interested to see what she thinks.

I bought this after smelling it on a friend. I just fell in love with the scent, absolutely amazing and came very quickly and well packaged will definitely be buying it again

Didn't work for me
Disappointed that I couldn't smell anything that resembled perfume. On a brighter note I only purchased the travel size so not as out of pocket as much as I could have been. With this scent especially it would have been useful to be able to purchase a sample size.

I seen this on someone’s social media story and wanted to try it. I ordered the big bottle not realising there was a small one. But I’m glad that I got it, it smells amazing and I get so many compliments wearing it.

Very disappointed as only smelt it the first time I used it and can’t smell it at all now and nobody else can either...the most money I have spent on a perfume and I am very disappointed with it!

I LOVE it
I have worn this now for about 5 years, and it is my favourite scent! I love that I can't smell it on myself, but others can smell it on me. I will always buy this, and suggest if you really want to try it you can buy the travel size.
