A hand-luggage friendly 30ml, Molecule 02 Travel Size is housed in a beautiful, protective aluminium box to prevent leaks and in-transit breakage. Molecule 02 is ideal for spritzing on during the summer (or whenever you want to feel as if summer is here!). This subtle scent is the antithesis of the type of overbearing, rich numbers that knock you for six. Instead, this is far more delicate and interesting – but just as alluring. As opposed to a floral bouquet, this is based around the single synthetic note ambroxan (a variation of ambergris, a rare and precious perfume ingredient). This vegan-friendly version (ambergris is a secretion from sperm whales) brings with it all the earthy, musky allure of the original, enveloping the wearer in a soft haze of warmth without being overpowering.

My molecule fragrance
Because I am completely anosmic to Molecule 01, this one makes me feel like I can participate in the party. Fresh yet calming. Clean but addictive. It plays peek a boo throughout the day. When you think it has gone it will come back and delight you.

I have had this perfume for a week. I’ve been looking to get this brand for ages!!!….. Finally took the plunge. Mixed feelings. I work in a busy showroom and have only ever had 2 compliments on this perfume. Both women! (And I am a woman). When I initially spray it, it smells very musky. Both women were totally obsessed with the smell!!…. I asked them how it smelt to them, both found it hard to describe and eventually said fresh and floral! Told them about the brand and they went straight on to CB to take a look x I will try another, just to see. I am a little disappointed I haven’t had more people comment considering I chat to lots of people day in day out and have a large team!

New to the range
I've only recently come across the Molecules range, this was a blind purchase based on the description and reviews. I think the range is very different to the scents I purchase alot more subtle in terms if the profile. Definitely perfect for everyday use and for occasions when you don't want a strong overpowering scent. In terms of longevity it's ok, I can still smell it after a few hours from application but it is very subtle.

Is a pretty unisex fragrance that might lean just a hint masculine in the opening, but settles into solidly unisex. And yes, buy a sample before you get a bottle unless you are familiar with Ambroxan.

A mysterious one
I really can’t make up my mind about this one. When I first sprayed it on my arm my first thought was‚ oh no, this is a man’s perfume’. Luckily, the smell seems to be completely different on my neck. What I smell is a very deep, sweetish note, but whenever I ask someone else, everyone’s telling me it’s a very fresh scent, and my boyfriend even mentions white flowers. In terms of the packaging, the tin itself is very sturdy and very heavy, it’s a proper tin. To sum up, I think it’s a very mysterious perfume and I only heard compliments when I wore it, but I think, personally, I would like to know what I smell like, instead of having to ask everyone around me.
