Take two of the adhesive strips and attach one to either side of the Acne Light Shot device.
Remove the cover strips and using a mirror place the device on to the area of the skin you would like to treat, pressing with light pressure to secure it in place for the duration of the treatment.

To support the use of the light shot device
I suppose as these have a specific purpose, they kind of are what they are! They stick well to the device and face but are fairly easy to remove from the face. They don't leave any residue. I know they're supposed to be used more than once for hygiene reason but I have occasionally got a second use out of them (baring in mind cost!!). They don't hold up sticky wise to any more use than that. There maybe alternatives but I'm not aware of them. I only issue is they become a repeated cost!
