Very good
I got this in the global beauty goodie bag and I really like it. The scent is lovely, it removes all make up easily and leaves my skin clean and soft. Wonderful product. Now I'm curious about the rest of the Farmacy products.

Suitable for oily skin
I use it not only for removing my makeup but also to wash my face in the morning to remove oil residue. Even if I don't moisturize right after, the skin doesn't feel dry or stripped.

Destroyer of makeup
I had heard great things about this cleanser and I think I built it up so much that I was a tiny bit disappointed it didn't leave my skin amazing. But having said that it is FANTASTIC at removing makeup. It just eats the stuff, and mascara is easily wiped away with a warm flannel leaving the skin lovely and super clean. I do feel like I want to 'second cleanse' with something different afterwards though, or at least add some serious serum and moisturiser to put the bounce back in my skin. Smells lovely and fresh, packaging really nice and it does make me want to try everything in the range. It's as good at makeup removal as Emma Hardie cleansing balm but the Emma balm leaves skin a bit more mmmmmmmmm yummyyyyyy. My skin is very oily but sensitive and dehydrated all at the same time, and this cleanser did make my skin feel nice and balanced out afterwards.

No negatives at all!
This cleansing balm is magic✨. Not too drying, not too oily. The balm leaves my skin completely clean, it removes makeup entirely without much effort and rinses off easily. I'm definitely buying this again.

I fancied a change from Eve Lom & decided to give this a try. I feel the previous reviewer has said it all, this is a wonderful product, beautiful, light scent, soothing on the skin. Really enjoying using it.

Amazing
Title pretty much says it all. I tend not to write reviews unless a product is a high performer and I love it or it is absolute rubbish and I want to help others not make the same error. This is the first of the two. It absolutely annihilates makeup. The jar, when first unwrapped, is amazingly light. This is a balm that turns into an oil and removes every stitch of makeup and grime. I'm a balm and oil cleanser junkie; there are close to 10 amongst my toiletries at any given moment. To date, Shu Uemura's iconic cleansing oil did the best overall at removing all makeup (DHC pales in comparison). This leaves the SU oil in the dust AND it is cruelty free! There is not one negative that I can think of. No heavy fragrances, no film left behind, you can use a flannel or simply rinse to remove and reveal clean & moisturised skin. I believe it will last a really long time as little is needed to do the job. This may very well be my new HG.
