This unctuous cleansing balm makes light work of dissolving dirt, make up, sunscreen and excess oil – eliminating grime to leave skin ‘squeakily’ clean but never stripped. Sufficiently gentle for use around the eyes, this melts stubborn mascara while conditioning skin (and eyelashes) with potent plant extracts.
A beautiful aquamarine cleansing balm, FARMACY’s Green Clean is a nourishing, solid-to-oil cleanser that eliminates impurities to leave your skin velvety smooth and contented. With moringa tree extract to neutralise dirt and pollutants, alongside sunflower and ginger root oils to deep-clean and condition, this gentle formula is suitable for all skin types – including dry, stressed-out or sensitised. Papaya extract has a natural skin-brightening effect (eradicating dulling dead skin cells), while an aromatic blend of lime, bergamot and orange essential oils works to revitalise a lacklustre complexion (and inspire a feeling of wellbeing).

Pleasant
So this has a lovely texture and is great at removing make up. It has a very light citrus scent. Personally I love a good ‘spa scented’ product (think Eve Lom or Elemis or Versed) so for that reason it wasn’t right for me.

Beautiful cleansing balm
I’ve been using the Elemis cleansing balm for forever, it gets quite expensive to repurchase especially as I feel I need a good amount as it’s quite thick. This on the other hand is lovely and thin, you don’t need much at all and it turns into the oil quite quickly and covers my face generously. The smell is lovely, it makes my skin feel so clean but hydrated and I really am liking it and this will probably be my new favourite cleansing balm!

Removes Makeup Well but...
I love it and it lasts for AGES but also agree with some of the other reviews - leaves my eyes cloudy and watery after use. It does a wonderful job at removing makeup, pleasant smell, doesn't leave skin feeling stripped. I can understand how some people may say it feels a little greasy - I usually swipe my face with micellar water or toner after to get rid of some of it.

Totally Green
I enjoy cleansing with a balm in the evening but I find some leave a greasy film on your skin warranting another. Others leave your skin feeling stripped of everything. Green Clean does non of the above. It is easy to rub into your skin and when you add water it turns into a milky consistency. It removes every trace of makeup irrespective of how much makeup you are wearing. It leaves skin soft and very clean. All the packaging is recyclable which is brilliant too. There is nothing not to love about Farmacy.
