This unctuous cleansing balm makes light work of dissolving dirt, make up, sunscreen and excess oil – eliminating grime to leave skin ‘squeakily’ clean but never stripped. Sufficiently gentle for use around the eyes, this melts stubborn mascara while conditioning skin (and eyelashes) with potent plant extracts.
A beautiful aquamarine cleansing balm, FARMACY’s Green Clean is a nourishing, solid-to-oil cleanser that eliminates impurities to leave your skin velvety smooth and contented. With moringa tree extract to neutralise dirt and pollutants, alongside sunflower and ginger root oils to deep-clean and condition, this gentle formula is suitable for all skin types – including dry, stressed-out or sensitised. Papaya extract has a natural skin-brightening effect (eradicating dulling dead skin cells), while an aromatic blend of lime, bergamot and orange essential oils works to revitalise a lacklustre complexion (and inspire a feeling of wellbeing).

Surprisingly not for me
I thought I would love this. I am a huge fan of gentle hydrating cleansers. I have been using Farmacy's Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Cleanser (a foaming cleanser) for a couple of years, so when it was out of stock I went for this instead. It just doesn't do it for me: It doesn't feel like it cleans my skin thoroughly, even if I double cleanse. Using a warm wet washcloth to remove the balm from the face is better than rinsing, but still... Also found it leaves residue in my eyes (obviously I am careful around the eyes and keep them closed, but it is supposed to remove basic makeup...) so my eyes get blurry and sticky after use. Might suit someone who has less sensitive and drier skin than me.

Amazing
I think this may be the best cleanser I have ever used. The texture is sublime, it is a balm but melts immediately into your skin to form a silky oil. The fragrance is very pleasant and natural. It leaves my face feeling amazing. Removes make up easily too and does not make my eyes sting. Love it.

Really nice
Lovely first cleanse for removing all makeup and spf. Only 4 stars because I was hoping it would be a little more fragrance and spa like but that's just personal preference for a first cleanse.

Instant HG 1st Cleanse
This is truly amazing, the smell, the texture, everything it does for your skin is just beautiful! Don't love the packaging so took a star off but the product itself is wonderful

Great cleanser but….
It makes my eyes water! This cleanser removes every scrap of make-up including mascara effortlessly but I can’t use it to remove my eye make-up as they water for a good hour afterwards.

Good cleansing balm
I love using cleansing balms and I have many from various brands. I like them all but some of them burn my eyes for a while, this one doesn't and this is why I give the 5 stars. It cleans effectively first time round, even mascara and under the eyes, has no strong scent. It is hard but melts quickly in your hands but if you live in a cold country it may stay lumpy when you try and rub it in I guess. It isn't drying but it doesn't leave that moisturizing feeling afterwards like the EH moringa balm or elemis ones do.

I understand what the fuss is about
This is such an easy and just lovely balm cleanser. It doesn’t feel heavy or too cloggy on my skin. Somehow it feels light and silky. The oily texture turns into a milk that is easy to wash away (even without a cloth) and doesn’t leave any residue. Anyone could add this to their routine I totally recommend it!

clogged my pores
I bought this product as I saw it recommended by a beauty guru and I didn't really have much experience with oil cleansers before that. The product feels really good on the skin and smells amazing however, I have acne-prone oily skin and this really visibly clogged my pores which no product has done to me before. I believe it is the moringa extract that causes this (not 100% sure but I have seen some people say that it can clog your pores if you have oily skin). Sadly, I had to throw it out since I can't use it anymore and it was getting quite old
