It's definitely sticky...
Lovely cherry flavour and leaves a nice sheen, but I was most disappointed with many saying it wasn't sticky and it most certainly is. It leaves my lips more tacky than hydrated and will be a nightmare on windy days with hair down. Wish I'd skipped this buy.
