I love this toner, I cannot have enough of it. I pat this onto my skin after cleansing 3-7 times, allowing each layer to be absorbed before applying another layer. This makes my skin looks plumped and ready for serum application. I love the rose petals in it altough it can be a bit of hassle as the liquid toner runs low but I’ve been using this since 2019 and I don’t think I’ll change what works for me.
