I used it this summer when temperatures reached around 50 Celsius, and I didn't sweat at all. It didn't irritate my skin. Some deodorants cause darkening, but I haven't used this one long enough to see if it does. If it doesn't, I'll give it a 5-star update.

My favourite deodorant
I have really dry/sensitive armpits, even without shaving, just trimming. While 1 or 2 other ‘natural’ deodorants have worked well for odour, they irritate my skin too much for daily use. My current routine: salicylic acid serum, salicylic acid cream, wait a few minutes or blot excess, then this deodorant. Without the serum and cream, this did work as a deodorant but still my skin would get chapped after two days of using it morning and night, so this routine keeps my skin happy AND I don’t smell. Other deodorants don’t layer over skincare as well as this one and this one smells incredible too. Like sugar cane, zesty and sweet but not strong enough to interfere with any perfume I might wear.

Best deodorant by far
I could not use any other deodorant other than this, it’s become a staple for me. I always make sure I have a backup one too. This combined with the Ordinary glycolic toner on occasion is magic. I haven’t used an aerosol deodorant in almost 2 years and don’t sweat or smell with it. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive!

Used on and off for years
I'm a massive fan of Fresh and it was the sales assistant in store well over a decade ago who recommended this to me as she said some customers stockpiled it as it's so good. It does work well, the reason for 4 stars is because occasionally I feel a little damp underarm when it's hot. That's icky. But, it does prevent unpleasant smells which is what I'm most concerned about.

Formula Change
I have used this antiperspirant for years, being the only one I’d ever come across that had lasting power (and as a bonus it smelt lovely too). I reordered it from Cult Beauty recently, after using the formula for the first time I noticed I was perspiring more and smelt by the end of the day. When I checked the ingredients against by old bottle they had changed the formula. Really disappointed, why ruin a perfect product?
