I bought this to use in my normal shampoo. I somehow forgot that each pod is to be used with a whole bottle of shampoo, and mixed a whole pod with a squirt of shampoo and used the whole lot in one go. It worked great! Stopped my flaky scalp and left my hair soft and not clogged at the roots, which is usually hard to avoid with my hair type. I presume both pods are identical so I'll be using both fir shampoo; there's no point me putting it in my conditioner as I don't put that anywhere near my roots
