I love the idea of this, it's so easy to use. I didn't mix mine in with their corresponding shampoo but another brand I have been using but it has felt slightly less itchy as I tend to get a drier scalp in summer

As it says on the box
This does leave the scalp feeling refreshed and soothed, I have actually put both shots in my shampoo as that when I am mainly focusing on the scalp and with my normal scalp cleansing & massage routine my skin feels much better afterwards. Though this won't always be a substitute for certain actives and ingredients for my psoriasis but perfect for my more regular washes.
