Brilliant
I started using these pills this time last year. I’m in my forties and have had acne and cystic acne since my teens. It wasn’t the worst acne but I would always have a couple of spots and some big painful ones most of the time. Within weeks my spots cleared up and haven’t come back and my skin is now clear. It can only be these pills that sorted my skin as I didn’t change anything else. I definitely would recommend to friends to try these pills - it makes sense to treat the problem from the inside rather than just on the skin.

No Results Seen
I have taken this supplement for a month and a half and I have seen absolutely no difference in my skin. I have a lot of dry patches, spots on my chin and nose from mask-wearing and I have hormonal rosacea which flares up my skin with redness and heat. Unfortunately absolutely no difference has been made to any of my skin concerns so I wouldn't recommend it, especially for £1 a capsule.
