Super Expensive but Worth It!

I love GHD hair tools, to me nothing compares and I was so excited when I saw they were coming out with their own round brush dryer. I have very thick type 3c hair, I have tried other heated round brushes but they often left my hair super frizzy or just could not handle my hair type. Normally if I wanted to blow out my hair it would take a good few hours with how thick and curly it is despite not being very long, so I was definitely impressed when I managed to get my hair done in less than an hour with this tool. I know it says to use on wet hair but my hair holds on to water like theres no tomorrow, so I do blow dry my hair to about 80% before use. It was super easy to achieve the blowout look, which I have struggled to achieve myself using other tools (if you can use a round brush and hairdryer you're a god in my eyes)! Now this tool doesn't make my hair 100% straight, as I do struggle to get right into my roots to really stretch them out so it can look a little frizzy, but it does get me 80% of the way there and I think with a little practice I can get the roots stretched out. I will say I do wish the tip at the end was a little bigger, so you had more to grip on to as I found I was close to burning my finger tips, to the point I had to put on a protective glove. It is expensive, but for my hair type this is a great investment!

Very impressed

I couldn’t wait to try this out and have to say I’m super impressed with it. Granted it’s very expensive, but I rate GHD tools highly so was prepared to invest and this really delivers. It’s so easy to use, doesn’t get caught up and the volume and bounce are epic.

Worth the ££

Hands down the best thing I’ve ever used to dry my hair. As an employee of THG I usually get a discount on most things but not this and I’m so glad I invested as it’s the best thing I’ve ever used to dry my hair. It looks like I’ve had a blowout and (bold statement incoming) my split ends are noticeably reduced. I don’t know how they do it but it dries your roots, smooths the whole head of hair and gives you bouncy waves. An absolute gamer changer for someone with a lot of hair that takes ages to dry and suffers from colour damaged, dry, brittle and frizzy hair. Don’t run, sprint to get this absolutely must have hair tool!

Disappointed

I was really excited to try this ghd. It was nothing special. I have long curly hair and my hair was still frizzy. For such an expensive machine i expect frizz free results.
