The Gisou Honey Infused Hair Repair Serum is a luxurious hair treatment designed to repair and nourish damaged hair using the natural benefits of honey. I really love the look of Gisou products overall and this is no different, it is so beautifully designed. The serum promises to strengthen and rejuvenate hair, leaving it smoother, shinier, and healthier thanks to the key ingredient Mirsalehi Honey, sourced from the Mirsalehi Bee Garden, as well as ingredients like plant based keratin and other nourishing oils, working together to repair and strengthen hair strands. This serum can be used on damp or dry hair. For damp hair, I found that it was its best applied after washing and before styling. In dry hair, I was able to use it to combat frizziness and get sleek ends on my medium-thick, wavy hair. It doesn’t leave the hair looking greasy which is really key for me. A small amount goes a long way which is really nice too. I love that it has added UV protection too, and can be used as heat protection against heat styling. The honey droplets in the oil look so visually beautiful. It comes in a sleek, glass bottle with a dropper applicator, allowing for precise usage. It feels premium and looks very attractive on a vanity, although the glass can be a bit fragile and might not be the best choice for travel. To conclude, Gisou Honey Infused Hair Repair Serum claims a lot and I can’t fault it. If anything, I would wish the honey scent was a bit stronger. It would be a good choice for those looking to invest in a high-quality, effective hair repair treatment style serum. Yes it comes with a higher price tag than your typical hair serums, but you pay for what you get here. I would recommend this for those who want to splash out and treat themselves on something that feels so well put together and very well thought out. Light and nourishing, I find I can use this in so many ways in my hair care routine! It gives a beautiful shine, and reduces any humidity frizz!

Light Weight
This product was gifted by Gisou and Skeepers for my honest review. Packaged in a glass clear bottle, it's nice to see the makeup of the serum especially micro droplets of Mirsalehi Honey, which pop and burst in your hands after rubbing the product through your hands to distribute it evenly into the hair. On first application I struggled to get enough product into the dropper, this seems to be a design fault as even after several attempts it would not fill up which is what I need for my long hair. I have used it on damp and dry hair, it's non greasy formula is light enough not causing my hair to get greasy or weighed down. My hair felt soft shiny and manageable, even after using a heated wand on it to curl it.

Some issues
This is my first gisou product and I’ve got mixed feelings. Firstly. The product arrived 3/4 full. Even with the lid on you could see it wasn’t filled. For the expense you’d expect to have a fully filled product. Secondly. The dispenser is awful. The pipettes doesn’t pick up nearly enough product - a pump would be So much better. Lastly. The product itself is good. Leaves my hair shiny and feeling healthy - but given the issues with how it’s filled and the dispenser; I’m not sure I’d buy it again.
