Solidly "meh" product
I bought this in a duo with the Vitamin C serum, and while that was an awful product, this was solidly "meh". This is a lightweight gel moisturiser that works fine for my oily skin, both as a night or day cream, even if it doesn't sink in as well as I'd like. But that's just it: it's only "fine" and there are moisturisers which do more for the price. I didn't find it particularly soothing or helpful for sensitive skin. It smells strongly of artificially-flavoured banana milk, which tells you how heavily fragranced this is. Avoid if you have fragrance allergies or can't stand obviously artificial scents. Lastly, I loathe the jar packaging. Yes, it's high quality glass packaging, but notice how the mouth of the jar is narrower than its widest point: this makes it a bit harder to scoop out its contents when you start to run low on the product. That, and jar packaging exposes products to an unnecessary risk of oxidisation.

A very light moisturiser
This smells like fake bananas which I don't hate! It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but it's definitely a day cleanser rather than a night one if you have dry skin.

Gorgeous scent
Bought this after watching a Jamie Genevieve video. The smell is to die for, like foam banana sweets. I'm really pleased that a little goes a long way as it's a bit more pricey than I'd usually pay, especially for the size of the jar. But I love the packaging, love the smell and it melts into the skin. Using it as part of my nighttime routine. Only used once so a bit too early to say how moisturising I think it is and how it works with my skin but so far it's great! My skin feels nice and soft, but I do also use facial oils and a retinol with rosehip seed oil.

Great Product
Got this in the advent calendar. This is a great product, very light in consistency, wonderful banana smell. It’s moisturizing and soothing. I have combination + sensitive skin. This is a new favourite. I will be repurchasing. Comparable to the Sweet Chef Superfood + Vitamins Moisture Boost cream.

If you have dry skin this is amazing! I suffer very dry skin and teamed with the plum plump serum is perfect, on a day or night time routine and even under make up I’m on my 5th jar!

I enjoy it!
It’s a good moisturizer, I love the texture. However, even though I have normal skin, it’s a bit too much for the daytime. I use it every evening as a night moisturizer and it’s lovely! Personally, I do not mind the fragrance (I even quite like it!) , since my skin is not particularly sensitive. But, if you have sensitive skin, you might want to opt for a different, fragrance-free option. I might repurchase, but I am only about 30% in. A little goes a long way with this one!

Great soothing moisturiser
I have oily skin in general, but in winter it tends to get dry patches that need some deep hydration. This is absolutely perfect for that! I can use it all over my face and it deeply moisturises everything, without making my face more oily. So soothing when your face is red and wind-battered from being out in the cold. It has a gel-like texture which I’ve never experienced before but really like, and absorbs easily. Whatever your skin type, I’d thoroughly recommend this. :)

This is gimmicky, it smells like bananas. I like the texture, I really wanted to like it but it broke me out.

Very good
I got this product with the 2020 Cult Beauty advent calendar. This is the first time I've ever tried a product from Glow Recipe and I love it! The banana smell is not really my thing but it doesn't smell too much. The texture is a little thick but it means you apply a little less product, which is okay for me as I only have a tiny version of it. A nice discovery
