To use as a make up remover: Scoop a generous amount and apply onto dry skin. Gently massage formula in circular motions for up to one minute with dry hands, focusing on areas that have more makeup. Add water to emulsify and continue to massage, and then thoroughly splash with lukewarm water to rinse.
Pro tip: Massage the formula onto dry skin with dry hands for up to 30 seconds. Add water to emulsify and massage it again for up to 30 seconds for the most effective make up removal. To double cleanse, use 1-2 pumps of Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser (sold separately), gently massage onto skin for up to one minute and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with your usual skincare routine.

AMAZING
I love this cleaning balm. This is the best cleansing balm that I ever have used. It lets my make up melt away so fast with a few rubs. And after washing it away with water there is almost no make up left, skin feels soft and clean! This is the price worthy :)

Lovely cleansing balm, just really pricey
I love the smell (doesn't affect my sensitive skin) and texture of this balm. It removes makeup and sunscreen perfectly and my skin feels soft afterwards. Only problem is that it is extremely expensive for what it does. There are many cheaper options that do the job also, so I've struggled to justify repurchasing...

Amazing cleansing balm
I see quite a few reviews saying this product leaves them with oily residue which I didn't experience at all! And that's one of the main reasons why I love this balm so much, plus it's super effective and the whole experience of cleansing is amazing. I also love the scent. For me this one is really a joy to use, I would definitely recommend and repurchase.

Bitty texture
I really wanted to love this but sadly not for me - I read the ones about people finding it not melting properly and thought surely that was impossible, surely you just need to rub it fully in. But there were actual solid lumps in mine - which didn’t meltdown - and I found the smell unpleasant. My skin still felt slick in spite of several rounds with flannel. In the end, I had to chuck the remains as it was unpleasant to use. Far prefer Then I Met You’s balm - for cleansing, texture, and scent.

Incredible first cleanse
This works amazing at melting sunscreen and sweat of your face without leaving any residue it is a lovely experience to apply whilst providing incredible results I found that I broke out way less after introducing this to my routine would definitely recommend it.

Terrible
It removes makeup but it is impossible to remove from the face. Way too greasy and sticky, it's difficult to remove with lukewarm water only. I had to use another cleanser to be sure my face was thoroughly cleansed.

I’m in loooove
This smells so fresh and delicious you have to remember not to eat it! It melts well onto your skin and you don’t need a full spatula for it to be effective at removing even the most stubborn makeup! I agree that it is a first step cleanser, but I do that anyway so the slight residue left after rinsing doesn’t bother me. I follow with Kate Somerville’s Exfolikate Cleanser with a konjac sponge and after months of using this combo my skin has never been better! Totally recommend, my sensitive skin enjoys it <3

good but won’t repurchase
this cleanser is brilliant to remove makeup, completely melts it off even heavy eye makeup, however i find it so difficult to get off my face with it leaving an oily sort of residue behind. although i always like to double cleanse anyway, i find the second cleanse is necessary just to the product off. very disappointing as i would love this product otherwise, i personally prefer the drunk elephant cleansing balm.

A bit messy
I quite like the performance of this cleansing balm - it does break down all of my makeup and sunscreen - however, it does get a bit messy to use. The fact that the little scoop that comes with the product does not fit inside the lid is also a bit annoying. The scent is strong but not overwhelming. Overall, I will keep using this product until it's finished, but will not be repurchasing.

Lovelovelove
I love this. I've tried a few higher end cleansing balms and this one just beats all. it's got a nice scent but isn't too overpowering, cute packaging & works so well.
