To use as a make up remover: Scoop a generous amount and apply onto dry skin. Gently massage formula in circular motions for up to one minute with dry hands, focusing on areas that have more makeup. Add water to emulsify and continue to massage, and then thoroughly splash with lukewarm water to rinse.
Pro tip: Massage the formula onto dry skin with dry hands for up to 30 seconds. Add water to emulsify and massage it again for up to 30 seconds for the most effective make up removal. To double cleanse, use 1-2 pumps of Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser (sold separately), gently massage onto skin for up to one minute and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with your usual skincare routine.

I wanted to like this but...
I'm so disappointed in this. When I add water to emulsify I CANNOT get this off my skin. It leaves a weird film and I don't know if its my spf or my foundation that might be causing this. I have to double cleanse every time I use it just to get the cleanser off. I love the Emily hardie and the drunk elephant but unfortunately this isn't for me.

Fantastic
I’ve honestly never known anything like this, I love it! Such a great consistency and really does melt into the skin. Feels very gentle and soothing and does an amazing job of removing all traces of the day. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Only ok
The packaging is really nice and the product is clearly high quality. It just wasn't doing the job for me when removing makeup, as it would leave traces of foundation behind and especially eye makeup would stay in place. I found it hard to fully rinse, it leaves a sort of a film behind after use. It also doesn't smell much at all, no fruity scent like I imagined. I liked it for a quick cleanse on days I didn't wear makeup, but I wouldn't repurchase for that purpose.

Balm Heaven
Really enjoyed using this, the balm really does melt into the skin and washes off really nicely leaving no balm residue on the skin. It removes all makeup and removed my mascara perfectly. And of course like all Glow Recipe products, it looks so cute in my bathroom!

Love love love this
I love this cleansing balm so much! First, it smells amazing - think fresh fruit and skittles! Secondly, feels so luxurious when you massage it into skin. Lastly, cleanses the skin so well without leaving it feeling super tight - I have quite dry skin so it’s rear for my skin not to feel like parchment paper after cleansing. Will definitely try it again! Oh, and the jar looks great, which is always a nice bonus.

A firm favourite!
As a lover of all things Korean and Japanese Beauty about 95% of my skincare collection is non-western brands. I had to give this a go. It melts into my skin and glides onto the skin and gently removes all traces of makeup and is a firm staple in my skincare routine. I remove like all my balms with a Face Halo and it comes off really well and leaves my skin feeling silky soft ready for my second cleanse. It also leaves a nice glow. If you love K/J Beauty you MUST try this!

Irritates eyes
Otherwise rather good cleanser, maybe a bit difficult to wash off properly. But it really irritates my eyes so cannot really make full use of it.

Good Options
My first reaction is how lovely this is to massages at the begging, it feels lovely and becomes creamy on the dry skin beautifully, and the slight hint of papaya is so nice. It doesn't emulsify as much as I like a balm too, however, still comes off cleanly as easily and melts off all that buildup well. I do love that this has a gentle amount of enzymes to help keep my skin brighter and smoother. Not my favourite but I do really like it and is a wonderful experience in using.

Better options available
I am a sucker for the packaging and fragrances of Glow Recipe, but this product just doesn’t do it for me. It is not effective at lifting my make-up and doesn’t wash off well - I have to wipe it off forcefully with a cloth then use another cleanser to remove the remaining traces and stop it from clogging my pores. I’ll be sticking to Farmacy Green Clean or Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel on future.

Amazing
I have bought this three times now. Each jar lasts me about 2.5 months and is honestly amazing. It doesn’t break me out and has helped massively with dehydration. This year made my skin break out really bad with closed comedones and these have almost completely disappeared. It’s improved the quality of the skin around any spots that I do have and has given a natural glow particularly around the cheekbones. Honestly will be buying this for a long time.
