Taking your double cleansing routine to the next radiance-boosted level, this skin care staple is sure to have your skin feeling nourished, clean and bouncy.

To use as a make up remover: Scoop a generous amount and apply onto dry skin. Gently massage formula in circular motions for up to one minute with dry hands, focusing on areas that have more makeup. Add water to emulsify and continue to massage, and then thoroughly splash with lukewarm water to rinse.
Pro tip: Massage the formula onto dry skin with dry hands for up to 30 seconds. Add water to emulsify and massage it again for up to 30 seconds for the most effective make up removal. To double cleanse, use 1-2 pumps of Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser (sold separately), gently massage onto skin for up to one minute and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with your usual skincare routine.

Great cleanser for colder days
Love this. Not an emulsifying balm so a little more work to remove with a warm flannel but it’s been a fantastic cleanser for transitioning my skin from summer to fall. Despite my skin being on the oiler side, the cold weather and consequent central heating has me reaching for any products to introduce moisture and take away that tight feeling. This leaves my skin feeling nourished, spotlessly clean and it smells fantastic! Definitely deserving of a space in my regular rotation.

Not the best balm
I wanted to love this as I really like Glow Recipe, but it doesn't quite hit the mark for me. It smells lovely; the texture is really rich and luxurious; and it does remove makeup...BUT it doesn't emulsify properly! It goes a little milky but creates a slippery film on my skin when I try to wash it off, and I have to use a flannel to remove it. With a flannel it does come off fine, but I love the ease of balm cleansers that I can just rinse off (instead of the faff of having to have flannels lying around, washing them, etc.) I would absolutely love it if Glow listened to the feedback and re-formulated this slightly.

*joins my cleansing balm shelfie*
I love trying out new cleansing balms and it's not often that I buy one balm on repeat... but this one made the cut (I have another waiting on standby!). The texture is gorgeous and oh-so pleasing, the subtle scent is a joy that doesn't irritate my eyes - like others have. Whenever I use this I feel like I'm really treating myself and my skin. It's a lovely self-care moment and after rinsing, my VOTARY Face Cloths always come up clean so I'm 100% this removes every speck of my make up - as it should!

Lovely
Normally use Sunday Riley Blue Moon but felt like a change as is quite expensive, but this is lovely, Blue Moon never really got all my eye make up off but this does, work best with warm water and Muslin cloth obviously but smells lovely and is well priced. Will re-purchase for sure.

The BEST Glow Recipe product
I bought this for a first cleanse as part of a double cleanse routine (thanks James Welsh). Unlike some cleansing balms where you wash off quickly, this product works best if you emulsify with water and keep massaging for ~30 seconds. Otherwise this leaves a film that some other reviewers didn't like. This is also how the founders of GR recommend using it. I don't wear make up so I don't use a lot each time but I love using this product every night. This product has helped massively with gentle exfoliation around my beard hairs to completely stop all the ingrown/messed up hairs I used to have to extract daily. This is truly a godsend for my beardy manface and I will be rebuying again and again!

Don’t believe the hype
I usually never write reviews however I almost feel an obligation to do so regarding this product as I fear this for many will be their first try with a cleansing balm - and it really shouldn’t be! I really wanted to love this product as I do many of glow recipes other products, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. This balm does not remove makeup nearly as well as other cleansing balms but the worst thing about this product is that it does not emulsify (turn into a milky texture upon contact with water) this balm simply sits on the face - it’s sticky and very hard to remove and clogs the pores. Cleansing balms in general are fantastic and double cleansing has really made a difference for my skin - so if you are thinking about trying out a cleansing balm as a first step I recommend that you do, but I also recommend you try another product than this. Personally I swear by “All Clean” by Heimish.
