Don't understand the hate
I love this lip balm. I've nearly used the whole thing up and I don't think I've ever used a whole one, to be honest. It actually has hydrated my lips, smoothed them and it smells lovely and leaves a lovely subtle tint on the lips. It is a bit expensive for a lip balm but it is worth it in my opinion if you want skincare and a bit of colour too

Overpriced
This is the most expensive lip balm I’ve ever used and I can’t say the experience is any different to cheaper ones. It smells nice but it does remind me of childhood sweets, so quite artificial. It’s a nice product overall if you have £20 to spend on a lip balm.

So overpriced
The colour is quite nice and I like the smell but the packaging is so cheap and the actual formula doesn’t do anything for my lips. It reminds me of the lip balms I would get when I was little, because its cheap quality but it’s definitely not worth nearly £20. Nars afterglow and Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream are McKinney yet options and more worth your money.

Not worth it
Got this one with lip box edition. Smells like 90's watermelon gums - I guess smell and packaging are the only two things I liked in it. The packaging is neat and hard to accidentally open in your bag.

Good product but cheap packaging
I got this in the CB lip edit and I was surprised it's more moisturising than I thought. But the packing reminds me of the lip balms I used to get when I was 13, not worth it for £19.50 but the product is not terrible

Love this
I absolutely love this! It's near identical to one of my favourite lip balms, Dior lip glow. Watermelon scent is not overpowering, the balm itself is moisturising and glossy but not sticky. Enhances the natural pink of my lips (a plus for me as in the cold weather mine go so pale) but if you are lucky enough to have highly coloured lips, the pink may be quite bright. Would definitely repurchase.

Good but expensive
I got this lip balm in the CB Lip Edit and wasn't expecting to like it due to the bright colour and sweet smell but it is nice! Don't buy it for the exfoliation as it's pretty non-existent but if you want a lip balm with a little tint, it'll do you nicely. Having said that, I wouldn't buy it again on its own as it is expensive for what it is.

pros and cons
I like this lip balm, it feels nice and has a fun watermelon candy-like scent. BUT I only use it at home and not to bed. My issue is that it's not a slight tint at all - it's a very bright pink on me (and I have naturally pigmented lips). Anyway, this shade is very specific and not flattering on me so I'm only using it at home and during the day (it'll stain your pillow if you go to bed with it).

Nah
I like the smell of this but I don’t see any benefits that a normal lip balm doesn’t give, and I hate the horrid colour it gives to the lips. I think I’ll be passing this on to my 12 year old!

Love it but not much product
I love this product - it smells great, it looks great (gives your lips a solid pink tint considering it's not a lipstick as such) and it really makes my lips feel soft. It would get 5 stars for the product but I’ve had to give 4 because you hardly get any product and for the price considering you can get a drug store lip balm for £1....more product required please Glow Recipe!
