Like a 20-minute moisture bath a for dry, damaged mane, goop’s Restore + Shine Hair Serum is part oil, part mask — and completely effective.
The secret to your shiniest, softest, healthiest-looking hair yet, this treatment is designed to be massaged into your tressed ahead of your normal hair wash routine, during which time it works its smoothing, softening and strengthening magic. It's all down to vitamin C esthers (a more stable derivative of the powerhouse ingredient that probably already sits pride of place in your skin care regimen) which repair and strengthen damaged strands, and a cocktail of squalane, sesame and sunflower oils, which work to hydrate and soften. The result? A swishy, swoon-worthy mane.

Truly transformative
Received in a CB curated hair edit box, just got around to trying this amazing serum, and it is absolutely incredible. Not realising its a pre-shampoo treatment, I've been using it to smooth and hydrate after styling. Instantly puffy, dry or frizzy hair magically becomes soft, silky shiny and smooth. The smallest amount required and its truly transformative. Can't ever be without this now..

I am in my late fifties and have very fine lightly bleached highlights and have always had tatty ends all my life no matter what I have tried Not anymore ...at first I used more and it soaked it up ..now I use every other time before I wash. After a few times you work out how much and where is needed most . I really cannot say how lovely this is ...and has made me care for my hair again....its never too late!

Skincare for your hair
Goop has officially made me fall in love with my hair again. I have super thick and frizz-prone hair that can be hard to keep soft and manageable. I prefer leaving this overnight purely as I never remember to use a pre-wash just before I wash my hair (but you do really only need 20 minutes). It's not overly oily or greasy so doesn't leave any product stains on my pillowcase either which is a huge bonus for me, I even think this would be wearable in the day if you're out and about running errands! After washing this out my hair feels so much softer and smoother and is then far easier to style and brush through. This really gives me that 'fresh from the hairdresser' bouncy blow-out after I've finished styling it. It truly is skincare for your hair with such nourishing and reparative ingredients (thank you vitamin C and squalane). If your hair is in need of a little TLC then look no further!
