Nourishing, smells epic, but on the fence about long term impact
My hair is very long, colour-free (embracing the grey for my silver sisters!), starting to shed way more frequently that I'd like, and drying at the ends. So I'm investing in quality hair products to keep my hair in good condition and reduce fall-out. I've used this treatment once and left it in overnight. A few things: A little will go a long way allowing all your hair to feel covered and penetrated; the smell is so enticing that it makes it a pleasure to use; and the it is extremely easy to apply and the thickness means that it won't be slopping about on your head, clothes, floor etc! My hair was softer the next day, but I think I shouldn't have done a double shampoo as I didn't feel quite clean enough. I opted to apply heat to dry (air wrap) and the shine was immense. I also found that the bounce and strength had improved after one use; and my waves stayed in for a few days (I'm wavy haired anyway, but often it looks less mermaid, and more wildmane!)... so I would recommend this product, I would double shampoo if you leave overnight... and hopefully I will also see some improvement over time in the quality of my hair, which I feel optimistic about now that I've got this beaut of a hair mask. My plan is to use once per week, and I'll buy again if the longer term hair improvement benefits are realised. Otherwise, I perhaps would buy on sale/promotion for a spa single-day effect.

Healthier Blonde Hair
I have dyed wavy to curly hair (light blonde) - the perfect combination if one's looking for frizzy, hay-like hair. I've used various other masks but no other mask managed to tame my frizzy hair and make it souple and healthier looking except this one. I don't care how much it costs! I will forever use this mask even if I skip a meal or two daily. It's hair changing!

Amazing - hair looked nourished after 1 use
Love this hair mask, smells very earthy but personally I like powerful scents, sandalwood etc. so for me the residual scent is gorgeous. Results straight away, hair a lot more manageable and knots are easily teased out. Purchased with a discount - 4 stars as usual cost is a bit pricey.

The "Deeper love intense treatment mask" is amazing. But for some reason the site often offers only the size of 50 ml, and the consumption of this mask is large (I have medium-length hair and a small jar is enough for just 4 times). I am blonde and my hair shines after using this mask. My hair becomes beautiful, manageable and dense. The smell is specific (but not bad)

Smooth, soothed and shiny results
From its matte packaging to its visible results, everything about this hair mask is luxurious. Delicate and easily absorbed, the mask’s texture was easy to comb through my strands and has a subtle and refreshing scent. Worse than not using conditioner/ hair mask
I've received this in the advent calendar. I've literally just gotten out of the shower and had to review it because it's so bad, I hate it! I've tried this mask 3 times and it just doesn't do anything! I'm usually an Olaplex no. 5 girlie, but I have fallen in love with the Hair Gain hair mask; both of these I usually have great results with and come out with soft hair but with *this* I'm getting nothing, if anything, it's worse and I dislike the perfume smell, it's sort of earthy - I prefer floral or more uplifting scents. My hair is long, coloured, I wash it x 1 week, the ends can be dry but the scalp/new hair growth is always silky; which is why I'm confused how this makes my whole head of hair dry, maybe I got a bad batch, we will never know! I'm glad that other people seem to have had great results with this item but for me it's a "don't buy".

Love love love
I am still to find a product I do not like by Sam McKnight and this is one is top star mask. Luxurious feel packaging, very nicely designed box and when you open it the most exquisite perfume smell. Mask is just gorgeous, goes on hair like a dream, I leave it as long as I can. Wash it off and you have the most beautiful, shiny, soft and not limpy hair. Star product. Absolutely brilliant.
