I am addicted to Sam McKnight’s hair products. I alternate between this and the light cleanse for my fine, wavy, shoulder length hair. It doesn’t fade my colour and leaves hair shiny and bouncy. I use the matching conditioner and they work a treat.

This shampoo smells great. The bottle itself makes it hard to squeeze out much and it takes a bit to lather. But I do notice my hair is a little more hydrated after the first rinse than when I’ve used other shampoos so it’s definitely hydrating but maybe just not as much as I’d hoped for.

A good, moisturising shampoo
I have very thick, greying, curly hair and I’m finding this shampoo very smoothing and hydrating, with the only caveat being that it doesn’t enhance my curls very well. This is a great shampoo for weeks where I am heat styling or straightening my hair. When I’m going for my natural curls, I avoid it.

My go-to for good hair days
As someone who's challenged by dry and unruly hair, I was so excited to try this and it did NOT disappoint.
