I got a full-sized jar of these in last year's Advent Calendar and I really liked them (as another reviewer was saying below, I just felt I wanted more, lol). I tried another brand in the past (HUM I think), but I feel like those kind of gave me tummy aches for some reason - I haven't noticed any unpleasant effect with these (I make sure I don't take them on an empty stomach). I do love the taste (apple I guess). It's harder to determine what their effect is long-term; I did have a lot of hair re-growth (ie.: lots of "baby hairs") in the past year (after I had a lot of hair breakage around last summer, when I last bleached & dyed my hair), and my hair generally looks & feels quite good, but I can't say I took these consistently and also I do use a lot of hair treatments... I guess I choose to think they do help somewhat - I bought a batch of two recently and I am planning to use them more consistently.
