Great product, bad bottle
Gets the job done without leaving your hair stripped. The bottle needs a narrower mouth as it's a very thin liquid and the wide mouth means you have to be super careful to not dump the whole bottle out.

I struggle with scalp psoriasis and have been looking for a product that lifts gunk but won’t leave my scalp feeling tight or irritated. Really like the cool feeling, and it leaves my hair so soft afterwards. It smells slightly acidic, which didn’t bother me and I hadn’t noticed it at all once rinsed out. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Worst this I’ve done to my hair
I got the soak hoping for the best for my hair since I’ve heard good reviews about it.. but it destroyed my scalp. My scalp got very dry and flakey after just one use. I decided to give it one more try, but no. I do not recommend it.

Magical!
I LOVE this stuff. I ordered it and the shower filter at the same time and it's made such a difference. After many years in London, I'm still not used to how awful the hard water is on my hair and skin. After two weeks of using this and having the filter on, my hair and skin feel lovely and soft. I don't get out of the shower feeling like my sensitive skin is dry and tight. Really happy with this purchase.

Amazing results
I purchased the 50ml option first and after using just once knew I would be purchasing the bigger option. I had stubborn flakes on my hairline that were embarrassing and various other patches that had flakes, after the first wash they reduced dramatically and after using the second time I no longer had flakes. Not to mention my hair feels and looks amazing.
