I have scalp eczema and hard water has always been terrible on it. Ive used chelating shampoos that left my hair feeling brittle and weren’t suitable for regular use. I used the one by This Works but it left me brittle also. I ended up needing to use eczema shampoos to keep my scalp clear or hard water buildup but eczema shampoos also have sulfates and my hair is less thick and has grown less over the years. This approach damages your hair even though it helps your scalp irritation. This shampoo is a miracle. It cleans so well and leaves my scalp feeling really clear but also my hair soft. It is very lightly scented with essential oils and is sulfate free making this a very impressive formula - best of both worlds. I purchased a big bottle after using a sample. I’ve used it 4 times in total and I am 100% certain I’ll be using this for a long time and repurchasing. I bought the whole line. My only complaint is that they don’t offer refills. The bottles are recycled plastic and made in China.

Lathers well and I think it’s helping with the hard water. I like the packaging too, the pump is good and the shampoo lasts quite some time (especially considering I double shampoo often!). I don’t find it too drying but I definitely do need conditioner after. I have repurchased this and will continue too

My hair feels sufficiently clean and soft after I've showered and I find it doesn't leave my hair knotty whilst I'm the shower.
