Shower smarter with Hello Klean. Dreaming up innovative tools and tonics, the brand is on a mission to address all water woes by making it softer on your strands and skin. Taking unwanted chemicals out of the equation, the Shower Filter is your ticket to level up your shower routine. Minimalists will love the clean 'Black' hue.
Here presented in no-fuss 'Black', Hello Klean's Rain Shower Filter combines the benefits of filtered shower water with a spa-like rain shower head for a purified showering ritual that's nothing short of indulgent.
From dry skin to unbalanced scalp, the shower filter is designed to counteract the effects of hard water. Its hero ingredient is calcium sulphite which acts to off-set about 90% of chlorine. Added to this is activated carbon to trap contaminants and eliminate odours in your shower. For additional plus points, the filter is studded with ceramic beads that enhance filtration altogether. What we love most? It's a refillable style and made with only the bare minimum amount of plastic needed.
Remove your old shower head, connect the Hello Klean Rain Shower and run the water for 30 seconds.

Would Not Recommend
I thought the reviews saying ‘it doesn’t fit our shower’ would NOT apply to me, given HelloKlean’s hefty claim that very rarely does it not fit the UK showers. Would recommend cheaper and perhaps better alternatives from other companies for more than half the price. Don’t think HelloKlean is worth the big bucks. Low on value for money and convenience.

Essential for Soft Hair
A water filter is critical for maximising hair softness, and can also help with what you may be perceiving as scalp/hair oiliness, but is actually mineral build up which the filter will prevent. Great product!

Tools required
For some this may not be relevant, however, I had to get a pipe wrench to fit my filter. Also read the instructions from the brand properly as you’ll need to ensure that your water pressure isn’t too strong (above 80 psi), and you can’t attach if your shower valve is attached to the wall or less than 35mm. Just FYI! :)

Hello Klean
Love this water filter. I have used other shower filters but saw a huge difference with hello klean. My hair feels incredible, so soft and manageable... highly recommend

VERY happy!
For the longest time I was looking for an affordable, stylish, easy to install shower filter and then I came across a Hello Klean advert - 100% fit the bill! I live in a hard water area and I always thought about what it was doing to my hair and skin. I decided to give it a go and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my hair - softer and such a great shine to it. My skin isn’t as dry and much softer. Just purchased a filter refill - and will keep doing so!

A gamble
I think it’s misleading to say it works with most showers - by the time you know whether it works for you, it’s too late. We have a big overhead fixed shower head and a smaller head. It only works with the overhead shower head - so to use the handheld shower head I have to unscrew the hello klean fitting. And of course, that’s the one you use to clean the shower. Certainly won’t replace and can’t recommend. Even if I saw a big difference (and to be fair, I’ve only used it once), it’s far too much hassle.

Love this so much
I LOVE this stuff. I ordered it and the scalp soak at the same time and it's made such a difference. I wasn't sure if it would just be a gimmick, but after many years in London, I still hate how awful the hard water is on my hair and skin. After two weeks of using this and washing twice a week with the scalp soak, my hair and skin feel lovely and soft. I don't get out of the shower feeling like my sensitive skin is dry and tight. Really happy with this purchase.

My honest review
I really haven’t seen any difference in my skin and hair, so I don’t really find it a necessary purchase.

SHOCKED
I bought this recently and had finally got around to installing this. Prior to having this shower filter, I always knew and understood the 'hard water' we have in London (all the metals, chlorine, etc) so I was very eager to purchase this and really try to feel/notice the difference. I also did a video for TikTok, and while filming I have a cup of water before and after installing and you can most definitely see the difference. I have since showered and washed my hair in this and I can honestly feel the difference. My skin doesn't feel dry and tight, and my hair (which is heavily bleached) feels soft and less tangled. Highy recommend this!

Pleasantly surprised, I'm a filter convert
I live in a soft water area but after a recent allergic reaction, my already sensitive skin became 100% more sensitive. I decided to see if my water was contributing to my sore skin and lo behold, it was. While my problem isn't 100% solved, I am shocked. My skin and hair are so soft. It feels like I've done a full body moisturise every time I step out the shower. My hair is incredibly soft and shiny. I'll be keeping up with the filtered water from here on out!
