Converted!
I’ll be honest… I only bought this to appease my girlfriends incessant nagging about my skin care routine. I’d had enough of hearing about how “people are going to think I’m your daughter when we are old because I’ll have beautiful youthful skin and you’ll look like a ball sack after a 3 hour long bath”. And you know what, I owe her an apology for waiting so long to be converted. I use this every day. I wear it to the gym it doesn’t run (ever get sweaty moisturiser in your eye), it leaves me with a glow, my skin is so much better and moisturised. When I grow my beard out it doesn’t get all clogged up or make my beard look dirty. It’s incredible. Can’t wait to try other stuff

Conflicted
I had high hopes for this - and the packaging is cute. However the experience of this product is conflicting to me. First of all I think it's very difficult to use the recommended amount. A small amount is fine to use but if you use the right amount, it just sits on top of the skin and moves around throughout the day. It feels DISGUSTING. It's got such a slippery texture and awful smell, application is not a good experience. It stings my eyes so badly. However, having said all of that - it does improve the longevity of my make up and it does sit okay under make up. I just don't enjoy using it at all and I feel very aware that it's on. I bought two HS sunscreens and both of them are the last ones I would reach for in my collection.

A good all-rounder
I do really like this sunscreen. A little goes a long way, it works well as a sunscreen and even better as a makeup primer. It smoothes my skin and stops my makeup melting when I sweat, which has been perfect at work in the hot weather! The only issues I have with it are the smell - unfortunately unavoidable with sunscreen but it just isn't nice to smell on your face - and the fact that the product often separates in the packaging when it gets warm. It's harder to apply correctly when it separates, as most of what comes out of the bottle is a greasy film, with the thicker gel left behind. Shaking before trying to get it out doesn't actually seem to help. Otherwise an excellent product.

Greasy
I was really looking forward to using this but I am disappointed. I have tried it a few times but it feels greasy on my skin. It doesn’t soak in and I now only use it if I am not wearing makeup.

Best sunscreen yet
It worked really well for my oily combo skin, blurs texture, gives a no-makeup makeup look, love it. I used it for a week as an everyday sunscreen, it reapplies beautifully, although after the third time feels pretty heavy, that's expected since it's silicone-based. Very similar to Supergoop Unseen one, but much cheaper and has higher SPF, although Supergoop is more lightweight. 10/10 my new favourite.

Breaking Out!
To preface this review, I rarely break out... ever. Usually, I have dry to combo skin, but using this primer made me break out in really big zits all over my face, plus my pores were HUGE. I thought it was other factors of my skincare but since taking this out of my skincare/make up routine my skins went back to normal.

Supergoop! dupe! (BUT SHAKE IT FIRST)...
Initially, when I opened this, the product had leaked and separated so my first impression was not good. However, after shaking the product VERY WELL I found that this is definitely a dupe for the Supergoop! sunscreen. To clarify, this is: completely clear, feels like a silicone primer, no fragrance/perfume, no irritation and stays on very well (no stinging in the eyes or bad taste in the mouth). I will definitely be using this as a replacement, it's so much more affordable. However, I really think that it should say on the instructions to shake the product very well before usage.. (!!)

Not for me
The texture was separated and feels heavy and suffocating.

Too much like silicone
I had high expectations for this, as I like the idea of having a primer that doubles up as an SPF. Sadly this one doesn't work for my skin type, it's too silicone like for my dry skin and it just sits on top of it. Will have to pass it to a friend as I believe this would work well for a different skin type.

Deserves 6 stars!
As others have mentioned, this is so so good for darker skin. The worst thing about most SPFs is the white cast. This is clear, so smooth and balmy, and a little definitely goes a long way. I wore this under a heavy face of makeup for a wedding recently and it helped keep me shine-free but glowy! I use it on its own now without makeup too.
