High-tech and transformative, the formula utilises sugar chemistry technology, which allows the translucent gel to morph into a milky consistency. This then rinses away any dirt you lifted using the gel, and caresses skin for a velvet-soft complexion. Used for years as a beauty staple in the Middle East, rose water also offers its anti-inflammatory properties to calm, soothe and hydrate. Removes makeup but is so great on my skin that I barely need the makeup in the first place
I have been using this product for years and I love it. Once I realised I was drying out my skin with cleaners I experimented a bit with different products and found this. I only use this cleaner these days and my skin has never been better. Over time my breakouts have reduced to almost zero and the texture of my skin is clear and exactly what I wanted. The last time I ordered this I notice the packaging changed and the hydrogel moisturizer I pair with this cleanser (from the same brand) had had the formular changed. I am crossing my fingers now that the brand has been sold that the formular on this product stays the same because I love it!

Nice smell but doesn’t clean well
Lovely texture, I liked the ingredients and it has a nice natural smell (not artificially added fragrance). Unfortunately it didn’t remove my makeup even with a double cleanse. I used it as a morning cleanser, nice but wouldn’t buy again.

Made me break out
I have combo skin and for the most part blemish-free. I found this cleanser to be really oily and greasy on the skin and after using it I broke out. I also felt it didn't remove all of my makeup even after a double cleanse. It might be good for people with dry skin, but certainly not suitable for combo to oily skintypes.

Such a lovely product, although not meant for an oily skin. Left my face feeling soft and didn’t dry it out. Leaves your skin smooth!

Literally no purpose
Didn't remove makeup, just helped to move it around my eye area a bit. Left a pretty thick layer of gunky residue on my skin. I don't think I've used a worse cleanser since being an adult.

Terrible for acne prone skin
Definitely one of the worst products I have used. I was looking for a good makeup remover without stripping the skin but this is so bad. The non-waterproof mascara was smudging laying under my eyes and worst my face was left with a thick layer of grease film. I have to clean my face again using another cleanser. I gave it another try the next day using it on my bare skin as a morning cleanser and worst I ended up with cystic acne on my chin and spots on my forehead. Absolute worst nightmare for acne-prone skin.

Leaves face feeling greasy
The gel has a thin consistency and turns to milk almost immediately when you touch is so doesn’t lather at all. Doesn’t break down minimal makeup very well. Worst of all it leaves the face feeling super greasy/oily which makes the appearance of pores look larger. Wouldn’t recommend as a cleanser.
