Works well for light skintone too
Bought both the dragon and evil eye because I just could not resist having 10 new shades. I find that because these powders are so sheer I can use a light hand and get away with it - though the highlight isn't my shade but gorgeous on the eyes. Beauty of these is they can be used anywhere on the face. This one is a gorgeous palette and different enough from last years offerings that it is worth having both for me.
