For those who like a natural looking highlight
Let me start off by saying Hourglass is one of my favourite brands, my love affair actually started a few years back with their iconic Ambient Lighting Powders which impart the most beautiful, natural radiance upon one’s skin that is almost undetectable (in the best way). This is the Ambient Lighting’s big sister - it’s got that same natural sheen but with a *tiny* added amount of shimmer which gives you a more sophisticated and glowy look. If you’re like me and you’re very particular when it comes to highlighter (and HATE traditional ‘shimmer’ with a passion), I’m telling you now, you’ll absolutely love this. With a light hand you could use it as a finishing powder all over but equally it looks stunning if you build it up a little on the cheekbones. It’s a lovely large pan so you can swirl your brush around and I can see this lasting me forever. The packaging as always is just beautiful as is the marbled effect on the pan. I’m hoping they bring out more shades since I’m not sure how this would translate on deeper skin tones (for reference, I’m fairly light). If you’re looking to treat yourself to a classy, subtle highlighter I’d highly recommend it!

Luxurious with a natural finish
I always apply a powder over my liquid foundation to fix it for the day. This powder is one of the best I have used (my other favourite is Laura Mercier Translucent). It keeps my foundation in place all day, and looks so glowy and natural. An absolute winner, not to mention how gorgeous is the packaging. 5/5, full grade from me.

Love this glow
Recommended by Sali Hughes - I couldn't help myself. I'm always reluctant to spend a lot of ££ but figured this would last a really long time. I love the dewy, sparkly glow it gives me. Makes me feel good and finishes my low maintenance make up look.

Ужасная пудра - Terrible powder
Пудра просто отвратительная, куча отдельный блесток, выброшенные на ветер деньги - The powder is just disgusting, a bunch of separate sparkles, money wasted

Good for fair poreless dry skin
I have fair (MAC NC15) dry/combination skin with warm undertone and big pores on my cheeks. Powder makes my skin radiant/pearly without shimmer! It looks great where is no big pores, but on my cheeks it makes pores emphasised. Powder doesn't dry skin.

Beautiful combination of setting powder and highlighter
I’ve been a big fan of Hourglass powders, be it setting or highlighter or bronzer, etc. IMHO, this one is a very beautiful combo of both setting and highlighter, which can be used al over the face, and it give you beautifully subtle but visible enough highlight to your face, creating one contoured face with so much ease.

So nice for mature skin
I'm from Switzerland, so my English is not so good but i try my best. For me, I'm 47 years old, have very dry skin it's perfect! I've thought, this powder works only, when you have normal/dry skin and very important you have to be fair, are you light or medium it could be grey!

Pore defining powder
I was excited to try it out since I've been a huge fan of Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder. I have tried a couple of shades and my favourite so far is Diffused Light which blurs the pores and fine lines whilst giving a sophisticated glow to the face. I also like Dim Light which makes my skin look plumper for some reason, but the shade is a little too dark for my skin tone.I was expecting Infinity Powder to be more on the Ambient Lighting Powder side, rather than the Strobe Light Powder side, as the name suggests. However, I find it more like the Strobe Light but less glittery. Strobe Light has got more shimmer and glitter particles whereas Infinity Powder is a little more muted, but definitely more shimmery than Ambient Lighting Powder. I used it on top of my silicone primer, high-coverage foundation and matte finishing powder, simply because I was worried if it could emphasise my pores. The conclusion is, it does. No matter what I do, my pores are in the spotlight. All you can see is my pores. It looks beautiful on my forehead and jawline where there is no pores. It's such a beautiful champaign colour that I absolutely adore. You might be able to use it as a highlighter if that's what you're looking for, but I deeply regret investing on it without knowing the fact it emphasise the pores and fine lines. Don't be fooled by its name -it's more on the Strobe Light side.
