Easy to use
Went for this over the micro pencil after reading reviews. It’s really easy to use and can achieve a good every day look quickly. Works especially well with the arch brow gel. Definitely recommend taking the colour quiz on hourglass website as I bought the gel in a different shade to the pencil based on that and it looks really natural in colour but brows are still defined and fluffy. Will definitely buy again.

This eye pencil is super easy to use, and I am not a makeup pro at all! If you use it with little pressure you get a lovely natural finish. I’m a redhead but use the shade Ash and it’s got a beautiful Taupe tone. Yes it’s expensive, but it lasts ages!

I purchased this in soft brunette, a truly neutral shade that was perfect against my fair skin and blended well with my ashy/mousey brows. The formula is long wearing but does lack precision for creating hair strokes. Spot on for quick filling, shading and one of the best brow shades I’ve ever come across.

Lacks precision
While the pigment quality is nice, the triangular shape of the pencil is a bit clunky. It would’ve been better if it was a singular edge so you could make more precise natural eyebrow lines. Once the one point at the top is blunted from trying to achieve this, what you’re left with are thick crayon-like strokes.

I have it in Soft Brunette and it is just a tad cool and dark for me. I have pale skin and light brown hair. Otherwise it is nice, does the job, no precision of course and maybe, maybe it is a bit dry.
