I bought this in the shade 'mist', but because it's on the lighter side the colour seems to sit on top of my lips, highlighting every line or dry bit. It's also very minty, which I really don't like; it gives a (fleeting) plumping effect, but also leaves my lips very irritated, dry, and sensitised. I think this is the first Hourglass product I'm really disappointed by, which shows that even the very best brands can produce a dud.

I like Hourglass but normally would not pay this for a lipgloss. However i had a discount and decided to treat myself. I love the gloss of this and the colour, as well as the tingle I get when applied. This is just perfect, but admittedly expensive. I really hope this becomes refillable like the other Hourglass lipsticks I have, because as much as I love this I dont know if I would keep buying a brand new gloss at this price unless I have a discount code.
