It has a beautiful colour pay off like a lipstick, a high shine finish like a lip gloss, and extreme hydration like a lip balm. I love that it doesn't feel sticky and the tingling from the gentle plumping is kept to a minimum. A gorgeous product and I will definitely be buying more shades.
