Not sure why but this mascara flakes off my lashes and I end up with black dots all over my face...if it didn't do that it'd be the perfect everyday mascara, it's not clumpy, keeps lashes separated and lengthens them just the right amount.

I have used so many mascaras and the only ones that have consistently hit are Lancôme - Lash Idole and the iconic Hypnose. I struggle with smudging and mess usually. This Hourglass one is much better than I expected. It doesn’t smudge on me and it stays on. One time I didn’t set my make up properly and the mini ‘extensions’ didn’t hold as well but I take responsibility for it. Tried the deluxe size and it’d defo recommend.
