Starting at the base of the lashes, pull mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length and lift. To remove, splash warm water onto eyes. Gently use fingers to lift mascara from the lashes.

Disappointing
I wanted to love this mascara, but unfortunately was left disappointed. It is clumpy on application, flakes off overtime leaving soot on your cheeks and I’ve even had my other half notice how uneven and clumpy my lashes have been wearing it. You know it’s bad when he actually notices! The wand does not apply the mascara well and finally, the tube inside came out all together at one point. Not good.

I have very oily sagging eyelids and naturallu lifted lashes. Usually I opt for volumising mascara (I love Too Faced one), but regular mascara always smudges and I end up looking panda-eyes two hours after applying. As with other tubing mascaras, this one doesn't give as much volume, however it is by far the best I've tried so far! Goes on smooth, doesn't clump too much and stays put pretty much all day. If I have a very busy day running around, then I do notice some fall-out/crumbs, but these are easily wiped away. The mascara is pretty hard to rinse off at night eventhough I use a microfibre cloth with warm water and gentle face fash. I'm keen to see how long it lasts and works before starting to become too dry, at the price-point I'm hoping a while.

Ok for a few hours
This goes on great and does really lengthen your lashes. It also stays put initially. But by the end of the day/night the mascara starts to flake away and cause eye irritation. I probably wont buy again as I find it too annoying.

Great Mascara!
Really good mascara, defined and lengthened my lashes really well and most importantly didn't smudge or leave black marks beneath my eyes or on my eyelids where my lashes can leave marks when my skin gets greasy. I have sworn by Guerlain in the past but wanted to try something new and this Hourglass mascara did not disappoint!

Good mascara
Mascara is great when first opened. The tubing effect is very hassle free in order to remove. Really nice mascara overall but coming towards end of tube now and seeing some flakiness from lashes the older the mascara is. I'm talking one month old by the way. Would recommend, but for price can I say it is any better than Clinique version - probably not!

Amazing Premium Mascara
I wanted to upgrade from my usual drugstore mascara, and it really feels like a premium product. Goes on like a dream and makes my lashes look amazing in 1-2 thin coats. Comes off in a weird gooey texture, but less of my lashes have been coming out with it unlike with drugstore. Metal case is very satisfying!

No fallout - amazing
I’ve been searching and researching so many different mascaras to find one that doesn’t have any fallout (it’s taken me a while but I hate wasting money on mascara that smudges and doesn’t last). Wore this for the first time yesterday and it lasted from 6.30 am to midnight without a single piece of fallout. Well worth the price to ensure it doesn’t leave me with a smudged/panda eye look. Would definitely recommend it!

So Disappointed
Saw this mascara being used by a make up artist on Insta, looked so good I had to get some. I'm so disappointed, I have quite long lashes that I have to curl but on applying the mascara my lashes lost the curl and were very clumpy. It also goes dry really quickly so trying to put on another coat was just a mess. Got home and my face was covered in black bits where it's flaking off. A lot of money to pay for a mascara that's awful, ill be sticking to my faithful Maybelline.
