Starting at the base of the lashes, pull mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length and lift. To remove, splash warm water onto eyes. Gently use fingers to lift mascara from the lashes.

I Love It!
I am now a tubing mascara convert - I tried a hyped-up non-tubing mascara when this ran out and was irritated that I couldn't just slide the mascara off my lashes like I can with this. It's so easy to remove, just run the hot tap and wait till it's warm, then slide the tubes off with your fingers! So good. Add to that the great definition and nice wand - I can't stand giant Better than Sex type wands that get mascara all over your face - this one is expensive, but I have a feeling it will be a permanent fixture in my makeup bag.

Love!
I struggle to find Mascara’s that don’t leave me with a Panda eyes. I bought this after reading a Sali Hughes review. This Mascara is amazing. It coasts the lashes, buildable and best of all - it doesn’t budge! Highly recommended.

Terrible mascara
The worst mascara I have ever had, clumped my lashes together, very spidery and didn’t lift them at all, in fact my lashes were almost flat! Also transferred to the top of my eyelids.

Not worth the money
I heard so much about this mascara that when my old trusty died, I’ve decided to purchase this one. What a waste of money it was! The packaging is beautiful and feels very heavy and luxurious, but the actual mascara is horrible! It clunks my lashes, spreads unevenly, doest lift them (quite opposite!) and every single time I get black marks on my upper lid! Moreover, the “lash” pieces actually fall off during the day, so I get back marks underneath the eyes and cheeks. I’m almost glad it’s a lockdown, so no one can see me

Keep Coming Back
Ok, so I am a nightmare with mascara. I have fine straight and rubbish eyelashes and this mascara just works best for me, doesn't clump and builds nicely. As for taking it off, now that is a revelation! No more rubbing or panda eyes, just hold your damp wipes for about 15 seconds then slowly move downwards and VOILA. Amazing. My one gripe is it doesn't last too long before it starts to work less efficiently.

This is by far the best mascara I have ever used. I have very short lashes, and this mascara does lengthen them a lot while also giving volume that lasts all day - it really gives that false-lash effect which I love. As a bonus point, it's so easy to remove it. I highly recommend!

Worst tubing mascara
I got this based on YouTuber's recommendation. I have pretty long lashes and even waterproof mascaras leave me with panda eyes so I usually use regular mascara on my top lashes and tubing one on my bottom ones. This combo works for me really well and I have not experienced any issues until purchasing this mascara. This comes off when I exercise every single time. I wore it to yoga one day, after the class, I chatted with the instructor for 20 min and then I saw myself in the mirror. I looked like a clown with mascara all over my face. I thought that maybe, accidentally, I did something to it so I tried it out again. Same result. Mascara just totally came off from my lower lashes. I didn't even use a towel this time around so it dislodged all by itself. I have never experienced anything like it, even with the cheapest tubing mascaras from a drugstore. I give it 2 stars as it does layer nicely and if I'm not sweating (hard to achieve given that I live in Australia) it stays on but I would not risk it for anything else than sitting in an air conned office.

Worst I Ever Used
I so wanted to love this and to have found a new favourite mascara. I wasn't expecting false lash length (neither am I after that look) or anything, but the tubing technology sounded great and with so many high ratings I decided to take a chance. On a tight budget, I am left feeling not only so disappointed with the product but in myself for not simply staying with a long trusted favourite. I was surprised in a bad way from the very first stroke (which usually with a new mascara is amazing as newly opened), as the mascara distributed totally unevenly and the formula felt altogether dry; so much so that I still wonder if I've been sent an old/expired product. Because only some lashes were covered I went over one more time and that only made it worse; clumpy and even more uneven. Almost unable to accept the bad quality I then read some reviews saying for layering the 1st layer first should dry completely, but no way of applying this differently has made any difference to the result. Not even as a teenager buying cheap mascaras have I worn a worse quality one and it's going to feel so stupid but I can't see this going anywhere else than in the bin now, after four attempts.

Most Reliable Mascara
Guaranteed no panda eyes. It will stay exactly where I put it. Holds the curl and adds length. Can be built up to be dramatic with a few layers but I find that 1 coat is perfect for everyday wear. Caution mascara is my favourite and I feel like if they were sisters then Caution would be the wild child and Unlocked would be the sensible sister who’s always on time and looking immaculate.

The worst mascara I have ever bought!
I really wanted to love this, truly, I did. I read lots of reviews before buying it, the tubing technology sounds amazing. Verdict: I hate it. It's awful. Let's start with the brush. Zero lift. Zero curl. Barely any colour (and I have dark eyelashes to start with). If you like your lashes to look wispy you might like this mascara. If you want curl and definition, this is not for you. Next, the clumping on this mascara is really bad. And because of the tubing tech, you get extra clumps on the tips of the lashes which is a real pain to remove in any sensible way without creating more clumps or mess - maybe if you have a lash comb you'll be ok. Now this tubing technology: sounds great but really isn't. For starters this mascara starts to flake and shed as the day goes on (and I wear contacts so you can imagine how annoying this is). What's more, because of the tubing, instead of small bits flaking (which isn't acceptable anyway) you get an entire lash's tube on your face. It's a mess. Removing this mascara should be easy and it kinda is, but if you use a cleanser, you'll see that it doesn't melt away the mascara like normal formulas, the tubes just slide off your lashes and on to your face. I've found myself having to do an extra cleanse just to get rid of the bits. All in all, the worst mascara I've ever bought. Definitely not worth the money and the tubing technology is a joke. I will be going back to Better Than Sex or even Climax which were better formulas and brushes for less price and with little to no fall out/flake. Even benefit roller lash was better than this mascara. Save your pennies.
