Starting at the base of the lashes, pull mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length and lift. To remove, splash warm water onto eyes. Gently use fingers to lift mascara from the lashes.

I bought this as I read that tubing mascaras don’t cause the mascara smudge that I get under my eyes. It works! I have worn it for a full long day (including a two hour hike in the rain) and it did not budge. Another hit from Hourglass. One star off as other mascaras do make my lashes look longer (but smudge) and the price point is quite high.

Best tubing mascara I've found
Love that it washes off so easily, no rubbing and scrubbing just falls away with water. Gives more drama than other tubing formulas I have tried (eg EL's Double Wear) I deduct 1 star not just for the high price fact but because I feel it starts to dry out too quickly so needs replacing too soon, that's all.

Elevated lashes that don’t smudge
I tried lash extensions for a short time and the feedback I kept getting was that they looked like my usual lashes with this mascara on! so easy to remove
this is my first tubing mascara and i certainly like the ease of removal. it lengthens my lashes but unfortunately doesn’t provide much volume and for this price, i want a mascara that does both! doesn’t smudge or irritate eyes tho!

100% recommend hour glass cosmetics mascara, for show stopping lashes, I was a huge fan of faux cil ysl, however I found they create the spider lash, so this is a much truer mascara it lengthens and thickens and I absolutely love it.
