The formula is really hydrating and smooth and the colour is very pigmented. I do have to top up more than I would like as it doesn’t stay very long, but other than that is very good

My new favorite lipstick
I just love the formula of this lipstick and I feel compelled to buy even more shades. I got Dahlia and Ravine and what I love the most about this formula is that after the shine fades, you're left with a lovely tint, matte kind of texture that doesn't feel dry on the lips, yet is quite long lasting. Honestly, I cannot help reaching for this lipstick every day.

I bought the colour dove which is a beautiful warm coral pink. I love the formula of these lipsticks. They feel very comfortable to wear and don’t dry out my lips. The wear time is decent but not amazing which doesn’t bother me as I find long wear lipsticks are generally uncomfortable and drying. As always with Hourglass the packaging is beautiful.

These lipsticks are addictive. The pigment is so rich and it’s a delicious creamy texture that doesn’t sink into lip lines. Alpine is a warm beige / taupe nude, Dahlia is a mauve-rose (I didn’t find it like a rosewood) and Dove is a unique pastel coral that will be lush in summer. The pigment has lasted after food and drink but I always need to reapply (it is cream after all).
