Let the eyeshadow artistry begin!
• Build your base with matte shadows.
• Pick up the metallic and shimmer shades using a dense flat brush for a soft metallic finish.
• For a fuller coverage foil effect, add a layer of metallic using your fingers, or a damp brush or sponge applicator.
• Top up your look with the shimmery shadow toppers for a pearlescent glow.
• For deeper shades, blend is your friend. Brushes are super important to get a smooth finish in the crease and across the lid.
• Not all deep shades have to be bold and graphic. Blend out the deep mattes with a fluffy brush, to give definition and shape to the eyes without overtaking the entire makeup look.
• For soft day time looks, build a light base using matte shades, adding shimmery eyeshadow topper across the lid using your finger/flat brush/sponge applicator.
• The toppers and metallics can also be used to rim the lower lash line, or add to inner corners for a soft highlight, to keep eyes looking big and bright.

Less product same price
The shades are nice, especially the golden ones but I regret buying this palette. You get less product (5.4g instead of 10g as the other obsessions palettes) for the same price.

Amazing Gold pigment
This eye shadow pallete has really pretty gold shades with specs of glitter. They are creamy and soft when applied with the brush or using my finger. I cannot wait to do a gold lid with a red lip this Christmas. I recommend you get this!

Please save your money
This is my first time trying Huda eyeshadows and I was so excited. I loved the color story and thought I would get use out of every shade, so decided to purchase. I'm so disappointed! :( First, let's start with the good.. The mattes are really nice. Although, I have a light skin tone and the lightest peachy shade barely shows up on me. They are super blendable and the two deeper mattes are very pigmented. Now, for the bad.. all of the shimmer shades (besides the two golds) are just really horrible. They all pretty much look the same on the eyes, they have no real base color to them and have so much fallout! I did my eyes first because after swatching, I expected there to be fallout.. but this was ridiculous. I could not get the glitter off from under my eyes. I used my finger to apply the eyeshadow and could feel the glitter particles slightly scratching my eyelids as I applied the shadow. It ended up looking cheap and like I had just applied a loose glitter to my eyes. The two golds are pretty, but I find the tones to be kind of off for my skin tone and a little to yellow, that once again, it makes it look cheap. I do think these golds would be really stunning on medium to deep skin tones but it would be up to you to decide if it would be worth it to purchase for the two golds, as I'm sure most people already have these matte shades in other eyeshadow palettes. In my opinion, I would skip this and maybe try out another eyeshadow palette from huda that has good reviews. I usually wait to read/watch reviews before making a purchase, but like I said, I just thought this was so pretty that as soon as it released I bought it. Definitely regret. I'm just going to use the mattes and maybe try to find a way to use the two golds so I don't feel like I completely wasted my money.

Disappointing
I was so excited to get my hands on this. Generally Huda's Obsession palettes are lovely but this is just not her usual formula. Love the colour story but when you actually use them, the shimmers are not very creamy or pigmented. They're incredibly dry and the four rose gold colours (which are why I was excited for this palette) look all the same and are more like glittery toppers. Packaging is really cheap looking. Also you get so much less product than usual at the same price... we're talking over 4g less than her other obsessions palettes for the same price. Everything about this palette is disappointing.

Really bad
The quality of the package is terrible, not like the other pallets at all! Cheap plastic, awful printing. I have all the pallets from Huda and I would never say that these shadows are from her.

Missed Hit
I got this palette after some while when I was regularly purchasing most of the launches in the last couple of years. I definitely couldn´t miss this one, since the color story really spoke to me. Let´s have a closer look: out of 9 shades, 3 mattes perform very well, 2 yellowish gold shadows are also very nice, but the 4 rose golds which were actually the reason I bought this palette are really bad. They perform poorly even when applied with fingers, no coverage, poor colour pay-off, all 4 rose golds look almost the same on the eyelid and perform rather as toppers and not full eyeshadows. Also, the packaging is very cheap with cheap plastic and sticker on the top, underlined by the Made in China eyeshadows. Sorry Huda, you should learn from Anastasia how to make good rose golds.

Quality is disappointing
I decided to order Gold palette thinking that the quality would be as good as in my Nude light which I am absolutely in love with right now. But no. It's totally different. First of all packaging: the inscription looks very cheap, so does the plastic. Second of all the eyeshadows themselves. They are very dusty, which I don't like. Blending is good, as usual. The shimmers are bad, in my opinion: they make my eyelid very wrinkled and it looks... old, while I am in my early 20s. Also, the shimmers are pretty flakey and are all under my eyes. Which, again compared to Nude light, I have never experienced. Moreover, the middle and right bottom corner shadows are very yellowish, it looks cheap. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. On the picture, it looks nice, in real life it definitely needs some swatching before buying (which is difficult, because I'm not sure if it's gonna be in stores).

A bit disappointing
Most shimmers are dry and do not give sparkles which I expected. The only two good goldy shimmers look too yellow on me - not really beautiful on pale skin. Each time promise myself not to buy small Huda pallets - the quality in them feels much lower to me then in big ones Matte shades are really good, but as most Huda shadows look more warm on the skin then they look in pallet I also believe that it might be pretty on deeper skin tones!

What a disappointment!
I have never tried anything from Huda Beauty before but it is such a hyped brand that I didn’t even think twice when I ordered this gorgeous palette. But boy was I disappointed! The matte shades contains so little pigment I had trouble seeing it at all. I had to really pack it on to see anything at all. I would compare it to a cheap budget palette quality-wise. Not even the gorgeous metallics made up for the overall anti-climax with this palette. I would save my money and buy a Too Faced or Anastasia palette instead. So sad ’cause I was so excited for this palette.

Incroyable - Unbelievable
The palette is divine! I haven't tested it yet. I ordered two. One to gift for Christmas, the one I received I carefully converse and I refrained from plunging my fingers into it to swatch all the shades! I look forward to my second order.
