Hudas tips for the perfect pout:
1. Prep your lips: To improve consistency of application, gently exfoliate with a lip scrub. Blot off any excess oils.
2. For maximum impact, line lips using the Lip Contour and fade towards the center.
3. Apply a thin layer of Liquid Matte in the corresponding or lighter shade to fill in the rest.
4. Allow approximately 30 seconds for color to set and intensify to an opaque finish. Color appearance may vary based on skin tone.

Smells
I like the colours and the finish, lightweight and not too drying. Unfortunately I cannot get over the really sweet chemical smell. Such a shame but I just don't reach for them.

The best liquid lipsticks I have EVER tried...
Now, you're about to read a review from someone who HATES liquid lipsticks. I don't care that liquid lipsticks last through the apocalypse, I just can't stand the feeling of dry, cracked and, frankly, ugly lips. However, Huda Beauty came around and changed everything for me. These are the most comfortable liquid lipsticks I have ever tried – even though the consistency is kinda watery and thin as air, they still have amazing staying power! And don't get me started on the shades. You're bound to find your perfect nude here! I have the shade Venus and I adore it, already dying to try more shades. Definitely worth the hype.

Love! Trophy Wife & Trendsetter
I always check out youtube reviews before buying huda lip matts (just some advice) as the colours look very different on screen/skin tone. I have the shades: venus, trophy wife, trendsetter, spice girl & heartbreaker. And I have to say these look AMAZING. They all suit my skin tone. They are long lasting, and feel lovely on the lips. I like to wear mine with lip liner first then use the lip paint.

I adore them
I like the formula and the subtile smell. The colours are great and it remains as promised on your lips not elsewhere. The only thing I'm not used to with matte liquid lipsticks is that it feels a little "sticky" when you open and close your mouth (as you talk). Don't know if I prefer these or Lime Crime.

INCREDIBLE
I bought the shade Venus, and I am in love. It's so pigmented and isn't too drying and is the perfect shade for me. Shame I don't wear loads of the other shades cos this product is insane.

It's the bomb
About me: Light/medium olive skin, brown eyes, brown hair. This is a nearly perfect nude color, that is just a shade darker and slightly less pink than my natural lip color. It’s a great everyday color for when you want something more than lipgloss but not a super strong lip color. It takes a few seconds to set, but once it does it has great staying power. I find that it can make my lips feel a little dry, so I just dap on some lip balm to take care of it without adding shine or impacting the color. I use this with and without the Huda liner in Bombshell.

Long lasting
I have Bombshell and Venus in the Liquid Matte Lipsticks and I really recommend them. For me, the products are very smooth and easy to apply and stick on all day. Even after eating food and drinking. Best products in a while that I have bought. :) Would definitely recommend :)

Liquid Matte - Vixen
Very long lasting even when eating and drinking but the colour was darker than I expected (still a lovely shade). Very thin on application but dries to a slightly tacky texture. I find this is remedied by applying a primer before. It's not moisturising but doesn't dry out or crack, although I did find it was difficult to keep on the inner part of my lip due to moisture there.
