It’s ok
I have one of the silk balms and love it, so when I saw these new ones I had to try them. This one is just ok, it’s not a wow result. I was disappointed with it. It gives a slight blue colour to your lips which I wasn’t keen on and it does give a subtle tingle but I don’t feel that Icy feel like I thought I would and no plumping at all. I wouldn’t re purchase this one and I’am not sure if I will use it that often either.

Some claims are true
It does plump your lips but leaves a blueish tint that makes you look like you’re cold. It doesn’t feel cool AT ALL on the lips, one can certainly feel a pepper tingle/burn and it tastes horrible ! 😖 it smells good but do not lick your lips!!!
