Founded in 2013 by award-winning blogger and make up artist to the stars, Huda Kattan, Huda Beauty rose to fame with the launch of its customisable falsies. Going on to create an entire make up range, the eponymous label has become one of the fastest-growing beauty brands worldwide... and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. Introducing the Dual Ended Life Liner (1.5ml), a 2-in-1 pencil and liquid with twice the impact.
You're not seeing double... Huda Beauty's Dual Ended Life Liner (1.5ml) combines a liquid tip and creamy pencil to take your liner to the next level.
This 2-in-1 tool takes on any liner look with ease, whether you favour a graphic wing or a sultry, smoky eye. Both formulas deliver an intense matte black shade for maximum drama and grant up to 48 hours of no-smudge wear, so you can be sure of a look with lasting impact. Plus, the liquid liner has an ultra-fine tip for ultimate precision and glides smoothly over the lids while the creamy pencil allows enough drying time to let you smudge as much as your heart desires. Talk about eyeconic duos...

Liquid liner: Open the liquid side of the liner and wipe off any excess formula from the brush. Start from the outer corner of your eye begin to create your wing, working inwards towards the centre of your lid. Complete the line starting from the inner corner of your eye, connecting the two lines at the centre of the lid filling in any negative space. Allow to dry for approximately 60 seconds, depending on how thick your line is. The thicker your liner is, the longer it will take to dry.

Love
I have oily eyelids and I’ve tried many eyeliners and until now Mac Liquidlast has always been my go to, but this is easier to put on and lasts on my eyes with no primer. Not so sure about the pencil side for the same longevity but I will repeat buy for the liquid part.

THE BEST LINER EVER CREATED!!!!
I never leave reviews, but this baby needed appreciation because when I tell you this formula is phenomenal it really is! Super black, super matte, smudge proof, fade proof everything that it claims. It’s too good to be true!! The brush is something I have never tried and it allows you to create the most perfect point! It is that good that it made me love wearing eye liner again, I have tried everything (and I mean everything) and this is unbelievable! Well done Huda, this liner really is LIFE!!!

Doesn't last long at all
So I bought this as I love Huda Beauty products in general but I am really disappointed with this. 48 hours is a myth, it didn't even last 3 hours without it smudging. I think my drug store eyeliner lasts longer than this did.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this liner but it’s not what I expected!! Poor quality packaging and the brush is very thick. You can’t get a fine line and the liquid is sludgy. However it has staying power - it won’t budge!! The pencil liner is like any other, you can get much better products than this!! Sorry not happy Huda!!

Yuck!
Quite possibly the WORST eyeliner I have ever used! As you brush the wet liner across your eyelid the formula gets into your lashes and dries pretty much straight away! By the time you put mascara, you are left with awful spider legs. After wearing it all day it does actually fade and becomes a dirty black, greyish colour! And OMG you really have to rub so hard to take it off! Stick to NYX, Fenty or Stila!

Unreal
This is the one. I have probably tried every eyeliner on the planet and this is hands down the best one. It literally will not budge all day, even through a workout - making it hard to remove at night but totally worth it. Colour pay off is incredible and the brush is a good size. I have already repurchased two as I cannot be without this now.

Disappointed
I was extremely excited about this one as I live for a good liner, but this was such a fail and I’m so disappointed. After a few hours of application, the liner starts to shed in powder form and there was this black powder all over my under eyes so the claim of 48hrs wear is a joke. Also, you could easily remove it with baby oil so please don’t waste your money on buying Huda's eye makeup remover. In my opinion, Inglot gel liner is the best when it comes to waterproof liners that you can apply on your eyelids as well as on your waterline.

Half Life Liner
As an avid wearer of eyeliner and fan of Huda Beauty, I had to try this one! I've not used the pencil on the eye up to now, but it gave a good solid blacker than black line when I swatched it. The liquid liner was fairly difficult to apply, but maybe that's because I'm used to pens now. You have to have a very steady hand! It did start to bleed out a little when I was creating the 'wing' and it did smudge when I blinked. I guess I need to go motionless until it dries next time. It is a really intense black and seemed to stay put most of the day (approx 12 hours). I decided to leave it on through a workout and then overnight to test the staying power, yet I woke up to one wing missing and faded patches on the other eye, which was slightly disappointing. I wouldn't say it lives up to the hype, but I'm ready to road test it again.

I expected more
I am a massive fan of Huda’s products and I wear winged liner every day, so was super excited for the launch of the Life Liner. I have to say I am very disappointed. The pencil side is very good, really creamy and black but the liquid side has a brush that is not very thin, so it doesn’t make for a precise application. The formula itself dries so fast and doesn’t budge so if you make a mistake it’s EXTREMELY hard to fix without destroying the rest of your makeup. I remove it in the evening with coconut oil, and even when I think it’s all been removed I still wake up with black residue around my eyes. In my opinion, it’s not worth the hassle.
