Nice
It's a nice smelling shampoo that's decent for my straight-ish medium-thick hair.

Extremely disappointed
Had high hopes for this as it is formulated for thin hair and I liked that the ingredients were mostly safe. However, it just isn’t strong enough to wash out oil build up. Sadly the shampoo just isn’t capable of washing oil out unless you maybe washed your hair every day. Really disappointed…

decent
I was really enjoying Gisou shampoo but ran out and decided to try this on a whim. It lathers more than Gisou and has a neutral herbal sort of smell. It seems to do a pretty good job, but I've noticed my hair gets oilier faster. I've only used it twice so far, so perhaps there's an adjustment period, but for now this definitely just seems "meh" to me.

Does not lather, leaves hair tangled and dry
Ok this is one of the worst shampoos I’ve ever bought. I can’t get my head around the price of this product. It doesn’t lather at all, I had to shampoo my hair 3-4 times in one wash to get the dirt out, it left my hair dry, tangled and it would get dirty the next day. Very very bad product, especially for the price, i dont understand the hype behind it

Crap
This left my hair really dry and does not lather very well. I was so disappointed because it had received a beauty award from Allure. Would never buy again! I use Organic color systems protein builder shampoo and conditioner which is AMAZING and more than half the price.

Hands down best shampoo I've used! It cleanses without stripping your hair and smells glorious. A little goes a long way!

Best shampoo ever
I have fine, colour treated hair and love it. It has a lovely smell, and leaves the hair shiny, soft and not weighted down. Since I have been using it my hair also falls a lot less after washing it. Totally recomend, even though it is expensive.

Love this brand
I previously purchased the innersense hydrating hair bath and when that ran out I thought I’d try this option. Both I absolutely love. Everything about this brand is what I look for. It smells amazing. I have very dry hair so I think I’d have to get the hydrating one again next time which is a creamy formula, this formula is a gel which smells like sweet oranges and I’d say it’s more for oily fine hair. Very expensive for the amount, I use it up quick as it sulphate free I need a lot to get a lather and adequate clean but hair feels and smells wonderful.

Wonderful Shampoo
I have super fine hair, with greasy roots and damaged, dry ends - and it's been such a battle to find a shampoo that didn't wreck it further. For the longest time, I thought I just had to settle for having sucky hair. I found a shampoo that cleaned my roots and did nothing for my lengths and assumed that was as good as it was going to get. And then I tried Innersense. This shampoo is so gentle it seems to nourish my damaged lengths, yet completely cleans my roots. My hair feels so, so different after just two weeks. It's not a magical mane of lustrous moonlight, but it feels so much healthier, softer, and cleaner, and there's finally some non-grease provoked shine happening. My new Holy Grail shampoo. Please, please don't ever discontinue it.
