Exfoliate 24 hrs before tanning. Moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows prior to application.
Pump product onto mitt and apply in sweeping motions. Leave hands and feet until last, sweeping lightly over.
Your tan will develop in 4-6 hours, so in the meantime eat some ice cream, watch a movie, call a girlfriend, just don’t get the tan wet while it develops. Easy.

Perfect for Pale Skin
Love this brand and love even more that they’ve developed what I think is the best fake tan for people with really pale skin. This is still a lovely glow, but not a heavy, obvious tan.

Got rash, didn't like application
I have been using different self tan brands and decided to try out Isle of Paradise, I never had any allergy problems from self tans, but this one gave me quite bad rash on specifically forearms and inner tights (how do I know? Because that was the only change in my daily selfcare). The smell of it is great (maybe the reason for allergy?), application was a bit difficult as it dries fast.

Amazing best tan I’ve ever use
I have this in the light as I have pale skin and honestly it gives you the most gorgeous golden glow ever !!!! No orangey tones at all. Natural-looking, no streaks, easy to apply, long-lasting and smells okay slight tan smell but goes away quickly properly one of the best tans I have ever used I am gonna try it in the medium for the summer months I would highly recommend this

Wears off more quickly than any other tan
I have tried virtually every self tanning brand out there including St Tropez, Tan Luxe, Bondi Sands, Tanologist etc. and none of them begin to go patchy as quickly as this one. I decided to give it a try as I do like to mix up my routine but I was really disappointed when this went patchy and started rubbing off my décolletage after 2 days. Most other tans I use last up to 5 days before going noticeably patchy. It is reasonably priced but won't buy again as this is a waste for me. Will be sticking to St Tropez and Tanologist for now.

Only one I've liked so far
I have this in Medium and it's great. Lasts me a whopping two weeks. I'm super pale and it gives me a nice sunkissed color without the orangeness. The day before I shave, exfoliate and moisturise. Prior to applying I use Alpha-H Liquid Gold and moisturise knees and stuff. And then blend, blend, blend. Beautiful... but yes still a faint smell of self tanner that lasts a day. Reccommend!

A 2 week holiday in a bottle!
I've tried many a fake tanning mousse and they've all been good so I honestly wasn't expecting much - but I was wrong. I applied this last night and woke up this morning with the most deep, beautiful, natural-looking tan EVER! I have the shade 'Dark' and it doesn't leave me orangey but instead looks like I've been abroad for 2 weeks. I'm obsessed and I WILL be applying this alllll summer long (and perhaps switch to Medium in the winter months). If you want a deep tan without the orange tell tale signs of fake tanning - this is it!
