I got this off the back of a tiktoker who uses it to, also, keep her under eye makeup less creased. I find it works well for that, my under eye skin is a nightmare. I can't commend on bag-relief yet but IT Cosmetics is usually good.

Really Disappointed
Bought this after testing on my hand in a shop. Really excited and wanted it to work as it blurred the skin on the back of my hand. However, despite it saying “wear over your favourite IT cosmetics concealer” you can’t. I’ve tried IC under eye, dark spots, and CC, all just pill and collect in lines. Looks very caked when dry and impossible to wipe off. No noticeable “depuffing”, more blurring. Would give 0star if I could because of price and incompatibility with same brand cosmetics.
